Before the pandemic we went to Florida and stayed there for 18 days. We started from Miami all the way to key west. And each we eat out we ordered key lime pie as a dessert cause Florida is well known for that. And each time its a different version from the other. The pie is too thick, the meringue is too high, too sweet, bland, too sour etc…in short its never the same and not all good😅. I love a good key lime pie, and i have been trying different recipes. I will try yours. Thanks for posting. Anyways i love your ube pandesal recipe, minus the ube. We have been using that in our house. That was a perfect pandesal recipe our search was over. Thanks again 😊❤
