Just to give you a heads up after you drill your hole when you set your stick, use a 2 1/2 foot long piece of galvanized 1 inch threaded. with an end cap and that will be your driver super fast very accurate very strong and if it’s soft, we can even skip the drill process , Lowes or Home Depot has it all
Also need to be careful when drilling. Most utilities will be deep enough not to worry about but underground sprinkling lines and cable tv are pretty shallow.
Congrats on the season. Do you do any coaching calls? I'm in SW Ontario, and I'm not getting into snow this year, but the plan is for 2024-2025. I'm starting to plan for the 2024 season with numbers and goals, and have some questions in the way you operate. Appreciate a DM. Those jackets look sweet!
Love how open and honest you are about yourself and business. Just starting the same model here in MN. Are you comfortable disclosing your target margin? Your growth amazes me and no doubt is due to the amount of service you give your clients. Would love to replicate it here. More than happy to discuss privately if you prefer
Thank you so much i appreciate your words! I wish you the best luck on this endeavour as it is truly a special business model. Hoping to connect one day soon!
were in se ontario, it'd be awesome to get on a caching call for an hr i have so many questions! We do strictly residential as well and struggle with the thin margins. Also where did you get the pickets made?

Yes they where done at my local shop here in SSM

or a thick fiberglass?
Fiberglass brother!
@@Stefano_Narducci awesome thanks! It was hard to tell
Are those pickets made with reflective paint on them?
Reflective strip at the top!
@@Stefano_Narducci For your next batch, do all the lettering in reflective paint as well. Might as well advertise when the sun goes down. 😁
Thats actually an awesome idea!
Any customers chirp about the pickets?
Never! They love them.
Love your business model. Looking forward to more videos. @@Stefano_Narducci
