Seriously, the Providence nurses are amazing. If y’all are going to buy, I’d be happy to tell you more about Homes for Heroes. As a nurse, she qualifies and we save $2,000 to $3,000 on average for each transaction. It’s actually a check YOU get back after buying.
Medford itself kinda sucks. What makes it a great place to live is everything that's in close proximity to the area while still having access to cheap goods being on the I-5 corridor. I grew up in Medford. I love the area, but Medford can be pretty F'd up in certain places.
Hi .Great VIDEO very self explanatory.I live in Olympia Wa .used to live in Renton n then Bellevue Wa.You talk about housing prices there but I used to rent a Studio apt in Renton for $ 880 per.month and then in Bellevue for $ 1.040 per month now the house mortgage its $ 1.087 so you can tell the difference but i dont really find it expensive there. Can you do a VIDEO about the pros and cons to move to.medford in terms of weather and life style ? Like for instance is Medford gay friendly or very conservative.? Is there a smoke season in Medford because of fires like in Grants pass and the night life ? Drugs? Crime? Can you please do a VIDEO with those subjects.please.thank you 👍
Thanks for your videos! Do you have an email/website we can reach you at should we want to connect with a realtor when we visit Medford after the New Year? Thanks
A 4-bedroom rental is hard to find. Shoot me a text (805-588-8452) and let’s start working on housing for you. Things are tight, but with enough time we will get something figured out!
I heard that Medford is a good city, when it comes to job opportunities for dental hygienists I also wanted to ask you how much is a 2 bedroom apartment.
Oh you bet ya' you will have a blast here. I have never seen so many with rotted, crooked teeth until I moved here. And they all seem to have the same excuse "oh i had kids" or "I had a bike accident"
No doubt about it, Covid has hit us hard. I believe the smoke has put our respiratory systems into distress, and put those of us that live here at a higher risk.
Wife just got hired by Providence, we're moving out there next month! So obviously I agree with ur assessment of their nurses 🤣🤣

Also ur vids have been hugely helpful for us as we plan this move from Dallas. Thank you!!!
Thank you Greg! I just saw your note. When are you moving, and what brings you here?
I’m moving from Dallas to Medford as well! Taking a greyhound today

Great ideas, I’ll work on putting something together.
No the electricity isn't lower cost me 259.00 to 324.00 depending on weather
Wow - that seems high! Does your house have new windows? Do you know what the insulation is like?
How are the vaxx mandates there?, Do you have to be vaxxed to go into restaurants and get a job???
They are consistent with all of Oregon. You can still find plenty of jobs that don’t require it though.
Hi Travis, what is the property tax in Medford? thanks
Hi David, it varies by property. Let’s talk and I can share some examples. Text or call at 805-588-8452

Looking to move there next year to work for one of the Hospitals. How easy will it be for me to rent a 4 bedroom house?

Mario, do you know Gloria?! Anyways, there are lots of things that happen in life. I always try to embrace people and listen to their stories.

Yes I do haha! How do you know her?
We call it Methford, where I'm from. I don't know how accurate that is.
Well, it used to be. Some drug programs are really helping.
Hey neighbor
Hi Neighbor! 👋
Great video! . You have the best videos on the Medford area. Do you, as a real estate broker, cover Grants Pass, as well?
Thank you! I love it here! I also cover Grants Pass!!!
