Yeah, I was smiling when he said avocado. It's wasabi or horse radish. The red color slices are actually ginger dipped in red colored vinegar like liquid.

Noodles like vegetable is bean sprout ( Moong dal soaked in water 2/3 days). You can use fork and knife instead of chopstick ( chopstick needs practice). Avocado/Green paste is actually Wasabi ( taste like Sarso ). Red one is Radish ( taste like spicy Mule or ginger). Usually Sashimi contain raw fish and in sushi not always . When we tried Arabinan food felt same like you. Taste bud needs time to use to with new food. Still we should try different cuisine. Love from USA.

The green paste is NOT avocado but Wasabi. It is made of mustard and Japanese horseradish :). It has a very unique strong pungent bitter taste. It is extremely strong.

Japanese cuisine is an aquired taste which develops after eating it a few times. Best is to start with various types of sushis like spicy salmon, black/green dragon which mostly has fish with various toppings and are super delish. For starters its best to eat teriyaaki stuff like teriyaaki beef or chicken. Japanese cuisine is cooked in its pure form. We Pakistanis are not used to eating things in the purest forms. Too much spices and too much cooking makes our food not very nutritious or healthy.
But I agree, our food tastes the best😊 Alhumdulillah

@@harshrahil8490 o Bhai ye tumko kisne kaha. I am from NE india. We eat rice curry. Meat with tons of masala. Never eat a sushi or any similar dish. Neither we eat soup nor noodles. Even the tribel people whose forefathers are from China have their own food items which is totally different from Chinese food.

I think you're being too generous with the praises of Japanese cuisine especially sushi. There are studies that prove sushi can cause stomach diseases because of the different bacteria and worms present in the meat no matter how well its stored. Cooking the food at an optimal temperature especially meat is crucial to digestion else it could actually lead to constipation and ulcers in human gut. And I'm sorry to burst your bubble but the Indian and Pakistani food is actually best both health wise, taste wise and gastronomically because of the spice pallette as the aromatics help in good digestion and improve immunity. We don't appreciate our culture or cuisine enough and it's no wonder the Western world is crazy about our food.

Just go for california roll if you've never had sushi, the authentic Japanese sushi will be too overwhelming for the first timer at least that was the case for me since I'm not a Japanese.

My brother Abdul malik fareed i always watch your vlogs and really enjoy them apka urdu bohot achi hy 😊 i just wanted to tell you the pink item in the sushi plate was sushi ginger its called gari and the green paste was wasabi paste its a bit bitter and spicy it usually hits strong and taste really strange but its healthy so usually it should be eat in very small pea size thank you bro for sharing your experiences with us 👍🏻
