Not even a Man U fan AT all, but I was definitely cheering for Man U in this game.
They were the under dogs, with nothing going right, and so much pressure against them. And they pulled off a glorious victory, when nobody thought they could do it.
Admittedly, I am in my 7th decade of attending an English game (NOT United at all) but I predicted on UA-cam before the match that Liverpool would certainly not win but that United WILL winSeen it all a million times b4. Arsenal bottom after 3 games last year and had a great end to the season and only side with maximum points, for example.
United 5/1 and I got 8/1 United to lead at 1/2 time and win. Liverpool had up to 9 players injured with Mane gone and a midfield of a young kid and 77-year-old Milner,im fromt of 75,000 under lights..lol

Great video Theo 🙌🏻 I’ve been to Old Trafford a few times in the past for Sunderland games and it’s a great stadium. Will the atmosphere be like that every game or is it just because it was vs Liverpool?
You can tell watching the game there is huge difference between their first two games and this game if they play like this every match they can easily secure European football not starting maguire was a huge difference (also this was their first actual goal which was not own goal)
But they won’t play like this every game they win one game and are now on track to get European football they will lose the next game trust me

For sure, we need to protest and boo the Glazers for their piss poor management of the on pitch product. However, too often us Man United fans give the boys on the pitch stick for it as well. It ends us making our atmosphere toxic. Happy to see an amazing atmosphere in the ground during this trying time for the club. Even happier to hear the chants of Glazers out the whole time as well.

Van Dijk was awful on tonight, especially on that first goal. He jockey's and lets the shot happen way, way too much... just off the top of my head, in the last 7-8 months he did it vs inter and martinez scored, he did it in the CL final and valverde got the winning assist, he did it vs mitrovic on opening day this season and gave away a pen/goal because of it, and he did it today vs sancho with an open goal behind him instead of closing the angle, and numerous other occasions... great defender but you have to ask questions of him sometimes
