I think yes coz you have maths ....there criteria is 12th pass....no where mentioned that candidate has to be from science stream......nd ISI b. Math criteria is class 12 pass out with maths and English...so ISI also haven't mentioned about science stream.....you can give the exam of ISI and CMI....you can check their websites by yourself

No. CMI has their OWN entrance exam for MSc program which is tougher than JAM and GATE.

only JEST exam is the gateway for this institute for Theoretical Computer Science... They have 2 programs: Intregated PhD program[Msc + Phd] and Phd in TCS... you should check for the eligibilities for an Msc graduate who is wishing to get into their Phd program... for Bsc passed graduates... JEST is the selection process.
