It is the story of Jasmeet Walia - Jassi - who is an unattractive, bespectacled girl with braces and an odd style of dressing. She is naive but intelligent. Jassi faces a lot of criticism from prettier colleagues - both men and women. The show chronicles her at her workplace where she wins the hearts of her colleagues and her boss due to her warm nature. Over time she falls in love with her boss, Armaan Suri. It is the story of Jassi whose life unfolds as she struggles to make a place for herself in the vain world and unite with the man she loves.

Finally...finally Armaan admits to himself that he really is in love with Jassi ! Till now he was trying to convince her that he loves her..wo kaise yakeen karti ki wo usse sach mein pyar karta hai, jab tak Armaan apne aap ko hi inkar karta raha ki wo Jassi se pyar nahin karta balki wo ye sirf Gulmohar ke liye kar raha hai ! Now he understands his own feelings towards Jassi.

Mallika knows that Armaan doesn't want to marry her..that he doesn't love her; still she doesn't want to let him go..still wants to hold on to him. She says she loves him but she doesn't even understand the meaning of love !

@@sunitachaudhary3842 I used to watch it on TV when it was on air. Watched it again last year during lockdown when SET India started uploading the episodes. I was addicted to it once again. After watching all the episodes two to three times I got fed up..maybe because after Jassi left Gulmohur, Indian makers stopped following the original script and the entire story became illogical. They kept making episodes without having knowledge about rules, regulations, Indian laws...even without using common sense ! Completed the series only because of Armaan and Jassi scenes.
