It's not abandoned, it's her backyard home, and it was freshly weedwacked hours before you shot this video.

The back railroad isn't functioning and hasn't been in 24 years so definitely abandoned. But yes the grass is clean thank you for noticing? lol I don't live their so I wouldn't know when things are kept up and where I only know when the railroad part of the house was stopped being kept up
