I've never fancied butter chicken i always thought it would be sickly, but it really did look nice, and them flat breads did look good to go with that curry, nice one Martin and Sharon.
That looked amazing. No coriander if it was me eating as it like perfume to me lol. It’s like marmite you either love it or hate it. Such a nice and easy recipe too. Thanks for showing us how to make it. Curry is a favourite in our house. Yum. Xx

Your flatbreads looked very similiar to chapatis. one suggestion i have to perhaps add a little more water to your flatbreads and they will flattened out more easily as the husk can absorb a lot of water., Anyway, thank you for another yummy meal idea. My only thought was did you keep the chicken and sauce on low heat but it was definitely bubbling because in the past I have not had much luck with cream or yoghurt as it always splits. I love Butter Chicken , great job Sharon ,when I can’t be bothered making the flatbread I just stick a few garlic and coriander wraps in the pan and mop it up with them . Great little meal 😊

I have a single induction hob and i brought off amazon a silicone hob protector mat it was only £4.79 it stops pots slipping and you can stir without having to hold the pots handle giving you a hand free it also stops any scratches from the bottom offr your pans making your induction hob stay like new just thought it would help as your pan was slipping when Sharon was stirring the curry
Whenever I use tomatoes / passatta I always add a spoon of sugars as it takes the acidity out, or a squirt of tom sauce. Love watching you both, take care, Lorraine x

Sharon, is the cup size the American cups? That’s what I used. I cooked this today from your recipe, it was really lovely. Mind my Tesco chicken thighs gave out a lot of water, when I put the marinated chicken 3.5 hours in the frying pan, I had to tip it out and use what was left, but it was ok as there was the cream. It was really lovely. Thank you for the recipe. I couldn’t make the flatbread because my Tesco didn’t have the Psylum husks, or the almond flour. Where do you get yours from please. Did you find with all that tomato Passata it needed some sweetener/sugar. I am on a Keto diet, so this was very welcome. x
Gota say I am very impressed with your butter chicken looks grand. But should used ghee it just does adds some thing more to it. Plus you should of added fresh mehti leaves and fresh mint leaves. Yes me too like my curry with naan or a flatbread.
Curries are down to the cooking method put in chilli powder for heat or not but which ever you choose it makes for a tasty meal? that looked nice ,and even if you don't like spice that butter chicken could be eaten by anyone?

We get our Psylum husk and almond flour from Amazon. We didn't want the sugar in the recipe and it was great.
