I f Three phase R in one sequence and 2 phase R in different sequence means every time we have to change sequence for 3 phase run and 2 phase run. How it is possible. No one does so in practice.

I purchased 1+3 starter for 25 hp ,3 phase sub motor for borewell. It runs in 3 phase . In 2 phase it says 81 amps and overload. Motor not starting. I have found that they included 350 mfd capacitors for creating third cut phase supply. I am asked by , seller, SELKON STARTER,ERODE, to ADD 50 mf capacitor in steps, and reduce current to 50 amps maximium. Will it work out. Why current is not given to required value by Heath relay. It is an automatic 1+3 starter.?
