31st Street Swing Left gathered for its Monthly Meeting on March 24, 2024, to hear from its Lead Analyst Jim Shelton on the current political outlook and the organization's strategy at this stage of the campaign. He noted that the meeting marked the start of a fundraising drive to help strengthen the Democratic Party in Michigan and Pennsylvania, key states in November 2024. Martha Laning, Founder of the State Party Advancement Network provided her assessment of the situation and needs in MI and PA. A fundraiser will be held on April 10, 2024.
