Wow, 9 years ago. Luckily Disney hasn't caused Marvel any decline in quality, the cinematic Universe is thriving as well as the Netflix series, though save for a few of the animated shows and less than steller comic sales other than that its not bad.
Now it's 14. Can you still say the same?
@@Global-yt To a point a case could be made its a mixed bag, there have certainly been less then stellar entries, to a point Ironman 2, 3 and Thor Dark World underwhelming in the previous phases, depends if the writing is flimsy, lack of popular characters in the limelight and how they’re utilised, rushed unthought out writing, certain components feeling forced, preaching themes that are ideologically driven that could be regarded as biassed making a poor reasoning for what they’re conveying. Hope lessons are learned mistakes are avoided, top quality directors and creative writers, to keep what works while continuing and evolving, there's a potential to pick things up and improve as well as a chances things could
get worse.

This is great news people... honestly, has Disney ever made a bad move? They are trying to expand their market and this is the perfect way to do it. Trust me, they don't want to lose you, they want to gain you. They know what made marvel successful.

Disney, Marvel, Comcast, Verizon, At & t, Capcom, Sega, Dell, and etc. All these huge companies that has enough money to stop EVERYTHING. We can all truly be equal when we all have approximately equal amount of money. Even though I know that this won't ever happen because of humanity's eternal desire for power. Why do we care about getting good grades? So that we can be better than others. This is the curse of life. Somebody needs to find a way to bring the world together. That's my dream.

You people realize this is similar to how Disney acquired Miramax Films in the 90s right? The same Miramax that gave us Kill Bill among many other films.

There is also some conflict with Universal, who/which built Marvel themed attractions in Islands of Adventure. That means Disney might have Marvel character meet and greets or Marvel-themed rides in their parks, but Universal will have to pay Disney royalties to keep the IOA Marvel area open. I think Universal should retheme their Marvel stuff to something else. If any of you have suggestions of what IOA's Super Hero Island should be rethemed to, please respond to my comment.

You know movies like Clerks and Pulp Fiction are technically Disney movie as the company's that made them are owned by Disney. Marvel will still be in control of its products movie and comics and stuff. Disney just owns the company.

Disney made Kingdom Hearts, Pirates of the Carobian, and Kill Bill I think it might benifit like how Warner Bros. how they own DC and thus producing from them The Dark Knight. You know what Warner Bros consists of? Kiddie stuff like Anamaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, ect.. Yet they brought us from DC The Dark Knight and even the series Smallville. So look at this in a positive perspective maybe it'll be the same consept. What would be cool is if Warner Bros. did a game like Kingdom Hearts.

Its hellblazor not hellrazor and its apart of vertigo which is a dc imprint. Comics written under the vertigo label are some of the best ever written. As far as DC comics written in the shared universe go i think marvel is much better, but marvel max can't stand up to vertigo not cause marvel max is particularly bad (I especially liked garth ennis' run on punisher MAX) But because vertigo is just that good.
I love disney and I love marvel...but.... I don't know about marvel being under disney..... hope this ends well.

I'm very worried about the edgier characters like Wolverine, Hulk, Deadpool, Daredevil and Punisher. These characters will obviously be watered down (can you imagine a Punisher character greeting kids at Disney World?)
Yes, I think that projects with Pixar would be interesting, but there are other great 3D animation studios out there, like Blue Sky and Dreamworks.
Personally, I think it's going to be horrible for Marvel fans.

Not sure if this is a good thing cause this might turn out like WB and DC comics where these execs who know nothing about superheroes are always making bad choices.
