Indika had great marketing with their trailer. Once human seems interesting from how confusing it is, but also you did watch the closed beta trailer and not the actual trailer, explaining the story. The clay one looks like the most potential, definitely hidden gem material

@@sleezy2953 well just because some have cheap jumpscares and are walking simulators don't make them trash lol. They just aren't for you but they do have an audience because those jumpscares with loud noises are the only way some people get scared. There are more horror franchises I feel you'd like, silent hill, F.E.A.R, The Evil Within, Alone in the Dark. Idk if haunting grounds or the clock Tower games would be for you but I always recommend those also. There are some indy horror games like Alisa and Cry of fear I feel you could like. Cry of fear is honestly probably the scariest game out there in my eyes. This is coming from someone who's played his fair share of horror videogames including a whole lotta indy ones. There are probably more out there you'd enjoy but I gave my top recommendations based off what it sounds like you may like, no cheap jumpscares and no walking simulators. There might be more but I honestly just listed off things from top of my head. There's a game being made called ill and that reminds me of RE7 and 8 a little bit from what I've seen

Tbf dd is heavily underrated so seeing it return 10 years later from new eyes they aren’t gonna understand how revolutionary it was at its time.Plus the generic medieval europe setting really really doesn’t help it’s case in being something other than typical rpg to newcomers.
