This must have been a most rewarding project to do - it was certainly a great pleasure to watch. Thank you.

Your determination and care for details are awesome. But next time you repair a clock like this, detach the hairspring first and then disassemble the balance wheel and put it in a safe place. Only then you can start the movement disassembly. On assembly, balance wheel is mounted after the whole movement is put together. And in the very end you carefully pass the hairspring and attach it. In wrist watches, the balance has its own bridge which goes out with a hairspring connected.

This clock could have been a travel clock, I had a similar one. I have to say restoring clock takes a lot of skill and delicate hands. Great restoration, I enjoyed your skill and subscribed!

Your craftsmanship makes me feel bad and ashamed that I threw away my winding clock long years ago......

Très ému quand le coeur de la pendule s'est remis à battre j'avais eu la main à ma grand-mère en cadeau j'ai également restauré la pendule qui était dans la maison de mes parents au niveau de la salle à manger qui aussi ne fonctionnait plus...

Polishing would be easier and quicker if you used the electric mototool on all the parts and not just the small parts.
