I also was there and this was one of the best moments of my life. It was an aged japanese woman near to me and we sung Hey Jude together with her and Paul McCartney on the Red Square. And you understand that the world is so small. Incredible feeling.

If you were to put people of every religion, ethnicity or nationality in one big stadium and Paul and his band started playing this song, everybody would start singing together! Nothing would matter but all of them being humans!
At that point one can truely understanding what the word mankind means: We are all humans of one kind, we're all mankind!!!

@@paulallen9158 who gives a crap if Christianity, or any other religion, faith, or belief is real or not. Theological genius or not, this song and Paul has the power to unite anyone, REGARDLESS of who they are as ONE humankind. That is what matters here, not any religion, but many voices united as one.

The feeling i get when I listen to this song now brings back the same feelings i had when I was singing it at the top of my lungs with my family while watching Paul live in concert. I get goosebumps every time i hear this song now. It was the most amazing experience, EVERYONE in that building were so connected during the "hey jude" part. It was insane. the first time I saw this performance, it gave me chills. still does. the fact that over 40 years after it's debut, this song (as well as so many other classics) has stood the test of time and remained relevant is a testament to their power and influence. there will truly never be anything like it ever again, and it's such a shame that there isn't more music like this today. I wish there was, but there is nothing coming out today that will draw tears to the eyes of thousands 40 years from now.

Que impresionante ver a la gente llorar con esas rolas, como me hubiera gustado conocer a los Beatles era impresionante su público

This is my kind of fun! I've been to one of his amazing concerts. He goes for 3 hours straight with no breaks. It was 3 hours of bliss! So many happy people in one place is remarkable. I love the way the bass plays around starting at 5:15 and also the added synthesizer is nice.

Music should be accessible to fans worldwide, not confined to separate countries. I am shocked that it took over 40 years before Paul McCartney (and The Beatles) could finally perform a live concert for music-starved Russian fans. I would think that. for a musical performer, the ultimate compliment would have thousands of fans singing the words to your songs...In this case, it was 100,000 people in Red Square, Russia, and this version gives me chills. Thank you very much for the posting...

Watching this on the day Russia invaded Ukraine. It is a reminder to us all that we are all people. The governments may be corrupt and violent, yet ultimately we are all human and share the same desires, fears and love.

Paul McCartney ask his father do people want peace and replied “everyone wants peace it’s the government who keeps messing it up” all we are saying is give peace a chance
