DAILY PUMP PROTOCOL:
While there isn't one 'gold standard' protocol at this point, the principle to follow is replacing nocturnal erection activity. The recommended technique across studies and clinical resources tends to be a 10-minute session done once a day, where you create between 3-5 erections. Maintain each erection in the cylinder for about a minute to allow for maximum blood flow.

I'm 5 months post Prostate surgery and this is the first I've heard of rehab for ED
Thanks for your incredibly helpful videos. I’ve had severe ED issues since my prostatectomy. Pills didn’t work nor did injections. Still can’t believe how painful erections with the injections are. I had basically given up. I saw you videos and decided to give these devices a try. I had been thinking vacuum devices were only sex shop toys. My stupid surgeon did not make any tests to ascertain how much cancer I had and found it was an opportunity to increase his bank balance. He wanted to use me as a guinea pig with the new robotic surgery, and never explained that I needed to go to a physiotherapist to get erectile rehabilitation. I eventually had to buy a different pump from a sex shop. It has been around 6 years I have been suffering from ED

I went thru radiation therapy for prostate cancer 2 years ago. The doctors explained some of the known side effects but didn't mention size reduction of penis. I've been finding these videos informative and hopeful.

@bishub8146 my psa was right around 7.5. I had all the options as far as treatments. I went with brachy therapy due to the one and done option.

Hi Night Hawk, thank you for sharing, apologies for my late reply - I have a much quicker reply time by email for future questions (victoria@atouchysubject.com). If you are experiencing any pain while pumping it is advised to stop and give it a few days before trying again, and make sure you are going very slowly at first. If pain persists please speak to your healthcare provider. I hope that this experience did not continue for you and that you've had success and enjoyment using the Vacurect.

I had prostate removal surgery around thirty years ago and my penis has gotten very tiny. Will a penis pump help me gain some of my size back again or is it to late.

Can using the vacuum pump every day be a good replacement for taking Viagra every other day as prescribed? I don’t like the feeling Viagra gives me and if I can just use the pump instead, I’d prefer it.
When using the tension ring, is it ackward/ uncomfortable for your partner during intercourse? Is the tension ring soft?

IMPORTANT QUESTION I just received a medical grade pump for rehabilitation purposes after cancer radical prostectimy surgery. After the catheter was removed I had zero bladder control but my pelvic floor muscle exercise is improving my incontinence slowly daily. The question is will this pump interfere with my recovery of incontinence bladder control?

Should you slowly build up to your original length over several days?
Hi Douglas, it is best to listen to your own body and do what feels right for you. It may be that it takes some time to get back to your original length. Exercising each day and slowly building up is a good idea. Its important to also not keep the erection with the ring on for more than 30 minutes at a time.

How in the hell wouldyou know. I want to see you demonstrate it on yourself. Please men never take advice from someone who has never used this silly product. Besides they do nothing anyway. If anything they can seriously injure you. Isn't there other products women actors can try to push. That might be a little more believable. They could have at least gotten a male actor. Bad promotional dept.
