Geez... stop pretending you know what you are talking about.
Phreatomagmatic "eruptions" are usually portions of Plinian eruptions... Plinian refers to the massive eruption itself. Phreatomagmatic refers to the common portion of an eruption in which a magma pool erupts through a water table...
Plinian still refers to the largest eruptions. There is no way that can be debated...

Ok... you don't know what they are talking about; "Plinian" is the largest, explosive eruption and can be called anything from "Vesuvian" to "Superplinian" or even the layman's term "supervolcanic"...
Ultimately, "supervolcanic" just means a massive Plinian eruption over a magma chamber like Yellowstone or the Vesuvian magma pool.
