Flying a Bermuda Kite (Hummer)

Thats an amazing kite. I really liked the colours. I was making one but can you tell me how long is the tail and what material did you used?

The tail is actually 2 tails. Each one about 45 feet.
Made with wood sticks and tissue paper.
