As long as the GC support, what is clearly our fundamental principles from the Bible and spirit prophecy, that should be supported and followed. But if our church ever passes anything that turns away from what we know is truth from the Bible and the spirit, prophecy as a church, we would have to respectfully disagree.
Water does move things along. Without being well hydrated, things get dry snd harder to move. Fiber is the natural means the body uses to move things along because of peristaltic action. The bulk causes the colon to constrict systematically which squeezes the stool along. What ever else he says or the Dr says may have some benefit, I did not watch it because the first part was so off the wall.

It destroys the the levitical teaching. And the New testament Jesus Christ!! In its entirety!!!! because they couldn't interpret Daniel 8!. They had to fix the embarrassment! So just get rid of Jesus!
