- New Year resolutions often fade, but this year I stuck to one: a solo overnighter every season. As a seasoned bikepacker used to traveling with my partner, I wanted to test my ability to travel alone and face unexpected challenges. Thanks a lot! I like my comfort when traveling by bike! Have done the ultra-light before and... honestly, I'd rather move slower and enjoy my comfy chair and reliable sleeping gear by the end of the day. =)

Panniers are a good organized segregated way to carry gear/stuff and easily transfer into the tent. Just lift panniers/bags off the rack. Done.

Muchas gracias, aprecio que veas el trabajo que hay detrás. Siempre que salgo con la bici, salgo sin un guión o idea clara sobre la historia que contaré. Simplemente grabo momentos del día. I’ve had the Schwalbe Johnny Watts on for a long time now. But I’m looking to change to tubeless if I go on a long trip on my own!

If you have the space on the track, there is nothing better than bags + panniers. No need to pretend it’s other way round.
