Graduate Hat Making | NO SEWING Easy cap

In This video I made a Graduate hat (also known as an academic cap, graduate cap, mortarboard, or trencher) is part of the formal academic attire to be worn by graduating students (graduands) during the graduation ceremony. I made this hat using chart gum cello tap and velvet. This is the best, cheap and easy way of making graduation cap. All dimension is visible in the video itself.
