So it really is just basic structure , with minor movements every 4 bars and the sting , but essentially it is to be a 1.75-2.5 minute track(most commonly) right? Lol
Not necessarily but if you think in the aspect of the tv show or advertisement they're going to cut down that 16 bar intro anyway, they get straight into the dialogue so the track structure really helps compliment the emotion or pacing of the dialogue

Typically it's the same chords but for the last hook I'll include a top line lead melody

It can be longer than 1 minute. You would just add a breakdown/bridge and repeat the hook
