Otra vez , lo escucho y me da ganas de estudiar y dejar de dar vueltas. Saludos y gracias .
Staggeringly wonderful! Jaunty, challenging, varied, exciting, thrilling virtuosity. Thanks thanks thanks!
Fabulous work you two! More please...
BRAVO!!!!
Una prestazione bella e molto espressiva! Inghisciano è davvero virtuosistico! // A beautiful and very expressive performance! Inghisciano is truly virtuosic!
I was always amazed at how the late David Monroe could tease the perfect note from a renaissance woodwind instrument, often contorting his face to do so. This interpretation by Andrea Inghisciano of one of my favourite compositions is another example of the mastery of a demanding instrument with all the physical demands on the player's technique.
So beautiful and artistic
Respect for both of you 👏
Bravo Andrea!🙏
Grazie Milko!
Maestro Inghisciano, assolutamente superbo!
Maestro , es un MAESTRO. Gracias
Maravilloso. Gracias por compartir.
Bravissimi!!!
Cuánta belleza
Magnifico, non conoscevo questo strumento! E complimenti per l'esecuzione ovviamente!!
Stunningly beautiful sound
You are one of the best!!!
No words to describe this incredible interpretation, but the fact that I have listened to it 6 times in a row. Brava!! And please please please record the Castello's second sonata for solo soprano as soon as possible!! Thank you very much!!
Many thanks Daniel! We recorded the Sonata seconda and you can find it in our cd Tempesta di passaggi

Questa sonata è bella per qualsiasi strumento. Ottima esecuzione.
qual è il nome italiano dello strumento? Non riesco a trovarlo...
stupendo
Sjajno!❤️ Bravi !!!
Imperiale!
Amazing
This must be a tricky instrument to play for it seems that some notes needed more than one hole uncovered and not necessarily in a sequence as one would have expected.
Thank you for this .Well played and a great sound
The trickiest part is the embochure and the not-so-ergonomic hole separation, wich makes difficult to hold It. The fingers actually follow a logical sequence, but looks tricky because some notes require "extra" fingers wich are added to the basic ones to make notes in tune.(I build and sello them)
@@LuisFSilva-wl6yu Thankyou for the information. I have a feeling one of these will be on my project list .
@@LuisFSilva-wl6yu Thank you for that information. Where do you sell your instruments?

Very nice! Is the organ in quarter-comma meantone temperament?
Suave 😏
Any idea where I can find a sheet? If someone has it please write to me. Thanks in advance
Search "imslp dario castello" then in "collections" the item "sonate concertate in stil moderno, libro secondo" it's the first one. Try this link imslp.org/wiki/Sonate_concertate_in_stil_moderno%2C_libro_secondo_(Castello%2C_Dario)
Could anyone please suggest similar compositions, where cornetto takes a leading solo part, with lots of ornaments and various rhytmic figures? I'm hearing some motiv in this composition which seems familiar to me, and I can't really remember where did I hear it before...
It's certainly Rennaissance or Early Baroque, I revised some of my older playlists but still can't find anything similar. Thanks in advance!
A little bit different, but absolutely high end performance by another Cornetto pro: ua-cam.com/video/QYruB57dJ60/v-deo.html
This raises the questions: why doesn’t Justin Trudeau take music lessons? And: does his present sound equal that of this wonderful player?
What's the use of that thread which hangs??
That Popeye embouchure....
Works though, doesn't it
Ouuu, the Popeye the sailor Men,piipiii
SOLO??? BUT ORGAN???
Te queda el cogote torcido y la boca y la cara mirando para un solo lado!😂😂😂😂😂

Playing cornetto on one side of the month is nonsense for anatomical reasons. It does not sound better, or not more historical.
Well maybe, but if he can still pull it out and he is comftable with it, why not ?
there actually is some historical precedent to be found in paintings from the time, and there are several virtuosic modern trumpet players who play with such an embouchure, though perhaps less extreme. Its really a matter of preference.
It is in some paintings also he has hair like an angel in the paintings
Ach, I regret how being just with a screen makes us uncivil. Would we introduce ourselves like that to a fellow musician of flesh and blood?
But many pictures from the past show they often played like that - probably because you hadn't taught them.
