First. I tried really hard to focus and the author had good information. Second. He is one of the worst speakers I have ever tried to follow. I cannot imagine why he would want to hurry his speaking time, but take more time by stuttering and adding filler sounds. He needs to slow down and speak clearly. His information is good.
Account for the fact that live streams are very different from edited production content and teleprompted delivery, a lot of which is not even obviously edited or prescripted, and that the natural speaking rate is widely varied across the English language world. Expand your horizons.
