Those graded cards definitely saved the opening. The vintage cards were 100% gorgeous, but also beat up pretty good.

I love your videos but it does upset me how collecting Pokémon cards has become all about the value rather than the collecting of the set. I’ve been collecting cards since the 90’s and the hobby has become such a different place of recent due to people trying to make money from them. I understand they hold value but it has made it a lot harder for collectors to just collect and have fun. Regardless you have some incredible cards in your collection so I wanna congratulate you on that 😊😊

I actually owner all of 1st edition base set an 1st fossile 1st jungle an 1st team rocket. Me an my brother an cousin collected them all an stored them with my cousin he lived with my grandma. Fast forward 15 years. He an his family moved from grandmas long time ago. Sometime during thoses years she cleaned out an burned the whole entire collection. She thought qe didnt want them but we knew One day theyd be worth big money. But now I'm te collecting the sets. Just not 1st edition cuz that be super expebsive an I cant afford it. Fossile set is almost done. Have sone gungle an rocket an few base set. But looking for those sets.
