Very true what Dom says about defence. The fighter needs to implement what they are shown. A-J will of course been shown defence. A-J needs to look at himself more.

I’m 36 and have binge drink recreational drug use and shit diet and working out now n again but never really consistent. after hearing dom about people dying at 55 etc. scary. I think I Needed to hear that

Nothing to do with me if that’s what past body builders do, I’m talking about what he’s done to me, pure clean knowledge and healthy lifestyle. Almost 3 stone in a few months and was never hungry. We all got many facets to our lives, which bring experience and knowledge, we don’t mix them together. 🙏🥊

Should of mentioned the quality of water. Glass bottled mineral water with teas are good. 3litres of plastic water or tap water I would consider devastating

That's so true about the water! I startd new job on the bins with the local council..hgv driver and all I did was drink water 3 plus bottles a day ..no milk or coffee and I lost 2 stone ..all right I was 19 5 ..now I'm 17 5 ....I thought something was wrong with me but no it was the water ! ❤
I never drink water unless its filtered and got coffee in it 😆 and i never been beaten in competion ever.
