Stuttgart has an amazing public transport system - there's so much to see. They also have a train station called "Feuersee", which literally means "lake of fire".
This isn't called a rack railway because of the yellow bike rack on the front, but because of the toothed 'rack' in the middle of the two rails! This rack is engaged by a pinion under the train, which enables it to go up much steeper gradients than traditional trains which use the friction of the rails.
In Germany they expect people to not do things they are not supposed to. I some ways (but not all ways) it is fairly easy to get into secret areas of buildings in Germany as they expect people to not go somewhere they are not allowed. But although it is easy to explore, if you are caught things go bad fast. Ordinary people will notice you and get involved if they think you are doing something that is against the rules.

fightfairfightfair No it doesn't. It translates as "fire lake".

Hey this the Stuttgart my rack railway!
Couldn't people ride on the trolley at the front?
It is not allowed. But I still did it
What I meant was if it is not allowed why do they make it so east?
