The last time Joe Batic felt comfortable with his shirt off, he was four years old. "That was the last time I looked back at photos and didn't have a gut," he says. For Joe, weight has always been an issue. Back in fourth grade, when most kids were more concerned with what toy came in their Happy Meal, Joe was already embarking on his weight-loss journey.

First of the transformation videos that I've watched start to finish. He has truly inspired me to make a change in my life. I can't keep on blaming my genetics anymore...

Oh my this the story seems so similar. I had the same thoughts back then and mindset I also started 2 years ago and went from 40% BF to 15%, from 242.5lbs to 137.8lbs. I'm still not there yet but I love lifting and it definitely made me a better and stronger person :)

I can't tell you how many times I've watched this video. Very inspirational and i can really empathizes with him. Great accomplishment and a very handsome young man. Bless his heart and I wish him a lot of luck with his achievement in the future. Wished I could meet him in person.
