Always like reviewing your videos. I’ve accomplished some great cooks learning your skills and cleaning is just as important I feel as the management of the fire. And the outcome is just great chow . Yum. Thank you.
I'm really glad to hear that! I really appreciate your comment and thanks for watching! I've been away for a few months due to moving, but I'm firing the rigs up and will have new videos posted soon. Best wishes to you!
Thank you for your great videos! I have the same CharBroil smoker, and you literally taught us how to use it properly!! And also love your pup!! Thank you!!
Tony, at 2:30, you didn't clean the main chamber coal/drip pan. I have a video on my channel of how I go about cleaning the coal pan in the main chamber, but I'm not convinced it's the best method. I would've loved to see what you do.
Good eye! I've never really needed to clean it that much. I've only burned charcoal on it a couple of times and after that all I did was dump it and brush it, just like I do the pan and the firebox. Besides that I never really let grease drip directly into it so I've never needed to thoroughly clean it.
Great videos tony! you answer questions I can’t find answers to in other videos. How do you clean the cooking grates if you get a lot of build up? Something other than a wire brush? I’m going to buy this grill before spring and will be my only grill besides a black stone. How does it do cooking direct heat for steaks and burgers? I notice you can’t adjust the coal grate up and down like I can with my current grill. Sorry for the long question
Thank you very much! I've be quiet for the last few months because I moved, but I'm getting the rigs fired up again and new videos will be coming soon. Thanks for watching!
As soon as he began talking I knew I would trust this guy.
Thanks Miguel! I appreciate that!
