use their practice map which I completely found at random but its perfect to add with raiders because it has the only missing components that raiders mech map doesnt have. The select HP is bugged tho
it's not the fact they couldn't camp, it's the fact that their entire strategy they had trained for over a month was thrown to the wind a day before. It isn't there fault that Epic gave them the route to that strategy it is Epics fault that they stole it from them at the last possible moment.

As a casual player who’s really enjoyed this season I find it hilarious how such minute little details cause the whole competitive scene to spiral out of control
I loved this season, because it gave a way to fight all these skyscrapers that people construct. Still a tad salty they had nerfed cars, nitro, and fists into the ground because it was such a change for competitive players
@@yolomationanimation9784 i mean, theres always plenty of methods to fight against players in more balanced meta too, just need good aim and positioning. Cars, fists, nitro, and even to some extent the magneto powers nulify these skills and imo make the game boring
@@Javer3yeah but the majority of them did bad, especially Khanada and Tayson, literally the 3 specific teams that were predicted to fly through grands(Savage,Tayson,Khanada) got sold, the only reason Peter did well is bcs they had infinite heals so they could push anyone and get away with it
Honestly I feel like fortnite is just not made to be an esport game. Like, the constant season changes with full new maps, meta's and features. Its just aimed more at casual play. And thats what they do best, having events and variation luring players back in. Add to that the huge luck factors in the game. No battle royale has ever seem fit to be a well balanced competitive esport in my opinion. Maybe they should make a new mode where all of that is stripped away and its more streamlined for competitive play? Idk.
The change each season makes the pros adapt and work out their gameplan. If it was the same map and guns every season, it'd be repetitive and strats wouldn't change. Luck isn't really controllable in Fortnite.

This is proof that the game needs split loot pools for comp/tourney and pubs. As a casual, enjoyed the seasons start because it felt like it was anti-sweat. Of course things like the cars needed nerfs no matter what, but things like nitro added to the game I would say in a positive way.
So they deserved to have their entire day 2 griefed? A good portion of the teams used the cacti in their game strats, and Epic proceeds to nerf their game plan less than 24 hours before Grands

Removing cactus a day before fncs is either the ultimate in poor planning or a deliberate attempt to embarrass Mongraal and Mr Savage. A couple of other broken things this last season: 1. Cars were in the first tournament of the season, which for zb was great. They were removed the following week and zb became boring again. 2. Reload mode destroyed zb as a competitive meta, and now epic reacting again by just downgrading zb again. I might go back to builds again now…

I dont play Fortnite. Dont plan on it. Played it for a bit when i heard No Build was a thing. Havent played since. But i love videos like these where the UA-camr breaks down things in a neat way. I love videos deep-diving into mechanics. I subscribed because I've seen a few videos (storm surge and positioning priorty were excellent) and really love this. Started looking at some others like your video on Hris. Examining tiny details like Hris sprint jumping before placing a ramp is bonkers, and why i love these types of videos. You have a gift, and you're amazing for aharing it with the world. Keep it up.
The whole season was an example on why there needs to be 2 separate balancing teams for competitive and casual, no way in hell am I going into competitive fortnite cause I actually want to enjoy the game I’m playing lmao
Glad you made this video because this season had no shield at all on top of no siphon so the cactus were the only saving grace and they vaulted them and many good teams did horrible, worst season ever
the winners actually had a proper plan and not camp on a plant. thankfully epic made that change when they did to show players to stop being a bunch of saddos and camping in a tower trading with unlimited heals. well deserved winners from each region
On an unrelated note, am I the only one sick of no hit scan it was neat at first when the chapter started but I’ve been sick of it for a while. I’m tired of praying for my shots to hit. and another thing has anyone died at the exact same time as their opponent when fighting them because it’s happened to me so many times now.
Last two seasons were horrific. Nitro was dumb. The fists were dumb, the current aim bot jet packs and that hip fire shotgun and let’s not forget the one shot gatekeepers. So broken right now.

Let's be real. Epic knows what they are doing. I played Fortnite when it came out and competed during the World Cup time. I quit after the MECHs came out tired of all the gimmicky stuff added in competitive play. We had the Sword SHING SHING SHING, the hamster balls, many more. Watching this video reminded me of all the those times and I always wondered why they didn't just keep it out of competitive. Looking how they are still doing these things it's clear it's to build hype around the game and market players towards playing more by practicing for competitions. These gimmicky stuff added allows players who aren't the best to have a chance through RNG. The more players that have a chance to win in competitions without needing skill gravitates players to play longer and it's genius, but sucks for competitive players.
