- Gang stalking is not a topic that is discussed as frequentyly as it should be. More conversations about this and the many ways that people think about gang stalking could help reduce unnecessary anxiety, fear, and paranoia.
In some situations, gang stalking isn't truly happening, but rather:
1. an experience of psychosis (a detachment from reality),
2. hallucinations (an overwhelming sense of false sensory experiences), OR
3. the fear and paranoia of CPTSD and PTSD
Even a history of family trauma and dysfunctional dynamics can lead to a false theory of gang stalking.
With all the information readily available at our fingertips, it's so easy to type into a search bar "gang stalking" and find a false definition that will lead to perceptions of reality that is false.
OR
It could lead to a truth that needs to be inspected.
In this video, I discuss how stalking and stalking by proxy (which some call gangstalking) can negatively impact your mental health.

We have to keep in mind with ALL videos on gang-stalking that the common belief is that an individual ("targeted individual") is being followed, harassed, etc. by a large group of people, the government, etc. These "acts" cannot be proven despite "evidence" that is used to "prove" gang-stalking. We do, however, have evidence of a persecutory delusion or psychosis as being the foundation of a gang-stalking belief.
***This video is solely for the purposes of discussing controversial claims and psychosis as well as exploring the topic further from a psychological and sociologial perspective.
Other considerations when viewing this video:
Consideration #1: We have a true problem in our society. We have to be mindful that while delusions and psychosis do exist (causing paranoia, hallucinations, and false beliefs held to be true) and most individuals who believe they experience gangstalking have experiences that are subjective, we cannot write them off as "unstable" and not "investigate" other possibilities for their beliefs.
We also have to help give them the proper language to understand and express themselves.
Consideration #2: Rather than succumb to a binary bias that gangstalking only exists among those who are psychologically unstable we should try to understand whether gangstalking could have some elements of truth mixed in with the other theories that are grounded in psychosis, fear or anxiety, and or conspiracy theory.
***Some commenters may not be aware of their need for psychiatric help and may make statements that are subjective and biased in regards to gangstalking. Without confirming their delusion, we must be compassionate and understanding.
Consideration #3: Psychology and mental illness is not as cut and dry as society would like it to be. We also do not have the medical advancements that medicine has (because you can't put a human in a tube and test them. You must speak to them, evaluate them and their reality, be open to their subjective experiences, and align all of this with what the field of psychology says is truth --- including being aware that psychology is limited in studying the things we tend to write off as a society.
I implore you to respect ALL of the commenters here and try not to paint everyone who is commenting below with a broad brush. Something truly is going on with these beliefs. We have to be unbiased in figuring that out.

People call it gangstalking because there are business organizations, religious organizations, and criminal organizations that get involved. Many of those people are also associated with fraternal orders. They all participate in targeting an individual collectively. And with the advent of social media you can have many people from various backgrounds stalking you at the same time because they have become obsessed or offended with your online presence. It is very real.
This is certainly one component of gang stalking. There are many other angles I did not discuss here also. I'm considering another round of this topic.
It kind of reminds me of the social credit score system in China where they put a person's picture and information up on TV and tell everyone to either Shun them or harass them or be mean to them. It's like some psychopath or some narcissist sets out on a massive smear campaign and all these flying monkeys will harass you or abuse you by proxy just because of the lies or whatever they said.

I've been going through this for years now and no one will listen. I've been having problems with my chest recently. My own father said this should put the fear of God into you. It's been absolutely crazy.

im assuming youre being gang stalked? this happened to me 8 years ago.... its not actual people that are doing the gang stalking. Its done by devils. Its witch craft. in other words you are posessed by a bunch of spirits and for what ever reason that have decided to try and destroy you emotionally and isolate you from others....
you have to ask God for help in Jesus name and if your involved in sin you must repent and be baptized in water and with the Holy SPirit. ask a Christian friend to do this or a family member that is a TRUE BIBLE BELIEVEING CHRISTIAN!
this is very real but the problem is that only people who have gone through it will understand, Millions of people have gone through this. I went through it.
basically they get you to go somewhere and then they get someone else to show up . they just hop in and out of people and get them to say trigger words or mention something about something you looked up on the internet that morning. But actual people are not stalking you . to them its just a coincidence. so whats happening to you is magic. withchcraft sorcery
they get people to turn their headlights off or flash their lights at you, to honk at you. to make loud noises around you. to give you a funny look or to laugh a certain way as they walk past you.
but because you're basically possessed they can get you to feel paranoid like you're being watched. does this make sense?

I made the mistake of telling my primary dr. that I was being followed by certain color of cars and she suggested I spend the night at a hospital to relax, which I did, but she talked me into a medical examination by the State which I shouldn’t have agreed to because i5 was set up to make me look crazy!! The only questions they asked were do I believe I was being followed and how long have you been followed, etc. ! S9 now I have been written up by my state!! It’s all very evil

Nothing is difficult with the Holy Lord Jesus Christ...stay in your Bible and ask the GOOD LORD FOR PROTECTION....shield yourself with the armor of God. I think using the term GANG STALKED is going to turn away potential help from law enforcement and others. The way the term is broken down here sounds like it might elicit a better understanding.
I can share some insight from first-hand experience. Gangstalkers are weak-minded cowards and should not be feared. Advice for anyone experiencing this:
1.) Refuse to be a victim
2.) Do not allow them to provoke you to violence
3.) The real reason this is happening to you is spiritual, so reading The Bible will help you to understand exactly what's going on
4.) There's ALWAYS someone watching, so be discreet
5.) Tell nobody what you're doing

My son is homeless by choice and on drugs. He recently came around after 3 years. He told me about this and it was happening to him. When he said there were hundreds of ambulances n other emergency vehicles following him, I just felt like crying. The meth has got him bad. I pray so hard for him every night. Satan is fighting against me for my son, will you all please help me pray for my son, Drew please! 🙏♥️ thank you in advance to anyone who reads this and prays for him. He left a few days ago. It might be a few more years before I see him again, if ever. Really need them prayers 🙏 😞
Do these people not have anything to do? I have been stalked and always thought how long are you going to keep this up? I mean all of this takes gas, funds, time and energy. Do these people not work, have their own kids to care for or just daily life to take care of like washing clothy, grocery shopping, and cleaning??!?!? Thank you for posting this. I deleted myself from Facebook 3 years ago because the digital stalking by proxy got out of hand. I’ve had my vehicles intentionally scraped down both sides in parking lots (so I could know it wasn’t an accident). I still get robo-stalking calls from various fake numbers today. I’m not changing my phone for any 🤡. Whatever. I’m still living my best life; can’t stop, won’t stop. I am relentless, too. 💯

What always gets to me is the effort they go to. Not only is this part of the reason people won't believe you because they can't believe someone would go to all that effort but once you admit to yourself someone would go through all that effort you admit to yourself someone really hates you and that's not a nice feeling.

It's a lot and some stalkers keep this energy for years and years and I just think, isn't this boring for you? Don't you have a job, a home to clean? A family to care for? Children? The truth is, that people who gangstalk someone is an absolute coward.. nothing good in them. Gangstalkers should be worried about how to save their own lives or the lives of their families, too smart to see that all it takes is the wrong person being gangstalked and their whole family being wiped out. I have been dealing w/gang stalking since I completely cut off my whole Narcissistic Freemasonic family. Within 2 weeks of doing that, gang stalking entered in and wreaked havoc in my life. It's still going on. God even moved me to a new state & it followed me here.
What many fail to realize is gang stalking is 90% spiritual. It's just like the movie with Denzel Washington, how the demonic spirit can hop in and out of whomever it pleases (who isn't saved), and uses them to stalk.
They break into my home, get past my camera system, follow me with 30+ one headlight cars a day, have the police stalk as well, have men come out late at night and bang on my windows... I could go on and on with the tactics they use.
The ONLY way to fight it is with the Blood of Jesus as spiritual warfare.

It's horrible practice that needs to end, I wasn't aware of it until about 5-7 years ago, now realizing it's happened practically my whole life, I'm currently experiencing harassment about my homes and traveling, theses energies, entities or what have you are disgusting, and sad to say, sometimes it's family, colleagues, and fake friends, or at least that's the persona they use.
I'm no scientist.. but after 5 years of dealing with and pretty much defeating it. I strongly believe this is technology that's controlling these people and psychologically interfering with our thoughts and actions
Get deliverance and fast. I am going to do this.
I first noticed my gang stalking was working at a huge corporation. Managers were following me all around the store and had customers try to befriend me , but they wanted secretly info from me. I had them in cars following me, I finally asked a manager who was young and friendly, and he said they were told to follow me! But not on my days off!!! Which they were and even coming into my church!!
The stalkers in my life is targeting me for hate crimes. It is collective. I didn't know these people when it first began but after decades of repeated contact I know them now. These are people I would never associate with in the 1st place. I can't move my way out of this. They show up at my new place and recruit neighbors to harass me.
I've been stalked by my family of origin, lead by my mother for almost 7 years. While I was out of town for my birthday last weekend, my security cameras caught a delivery of cupcakes from a local grocery store. They were sent anonymously and just rotted on my doorstep til I could throw them out. Stalkers are such cowards.

Are all birthday gifts part of this stalking? I don't understand how cupcakes on your birthday can be such a cowardly act. Based on the comments here, having a therapist speak about stalking seems to have given some really troubled people "proof" of their claims. They seemed to have avoided her post about the mental illness aspects of this.
In California, if UR being followed more than 15 minutes. You are being stalked. I would make 3 right turns & start taking pictures of license plates, dates, locations & time. That info comes in handy months later. Go into places with surveillance cameras. Like gas station & stores. 😂 Eventually, they all start to connect to a group of people who all have something in common. Phone records, text messages , GPS records on their Smart 🚗 and smart 🤳 that places them near YOU. #Busted! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find out much these days. . 😮
That's true and it's not far away. These types of stalkers have to follow you everywhere. In California these types of gangs are common and their usually is drug trafficking or sex trafficking,and catylitic converters,or internet dark web trade. Most of these types of people don't have jobs their doing it all day long. Bugging and hacking everything in sight. And some of these gangs unfortunately go after theme park employees follow them on the internet,hack workplaces, follow you home it is scary first hand.

Hi Tamara, thank you for this video. It's opening my eyes to the fact that I may have stalkers in my family. I am in no contact with various members but some of them try to email or text me and demand a response even though I have asked them not too. Sometimes I feel bad for ignoring them but my blood pressure has dropped and I am able to sleep a bit better. Thank goodness I don't live with them or have to rely on them. I do miss some of my family but I just can't be with them anymore. It's a hard decision but I don't regret it.

It's difficult when those who are your family members do not understand you have the right to space and freedom and if you aren't responding to them, that's for a reason. But again, as I've said in other videos, family members can be the worst because they feel they have a right to your space. It truly is up to you to set a boundary and stand by it.
I understand this and I'm sorry that this is happening. Some people think they own you and when its family they have access to so much about you plus, you don't suspect that your 65 year old aunt is stealing your passwords when she says she doesn't have wifi so you'll have to use her computer to check your work email (not that I experienced that). Do not under any circumstances feel badly for protecting yourself. Feel sorry for them but protect yourself.
You put it so eloquently. I have a strong feeling my stalking was motivated by the Wicked Witch in my family, my aunt, and her flying monkeys are her two older children, my cousins. Because I have dealt with one of her children stalking, spying, and harassing me on a (daily basis) without one day off. I find to be not only disgusting that a mother would enlist her children to convict themselves of a crime; for which they could go to jail, but also bizarre it is that someone would relentlessly stalk you as if it's their job, but however, cannot provide the pay stubs.
As to why, not only have I cut ties with those individuals, but I currently am in the process of obtaining an order of protection; due to the unhinged behavior of one of those relentless cousins.
The legal definition of stalking is "a course of conduct causing fear in another" It can be literally anything. I'm glad you're covering this. I was under the impression that therapists automatically considered reports of multiple stalkers as delusional. Most probably are, but not the ones who were in gifted programs as children and do not report any "transcranial acoustic transmissions" (v2k) Many different groups practice gangstalking. I know who did it to me, but i can never prove it.
So what’s wrong with them or how can you discount them when they claim to have transcranial auditory sensations or V2K. It’s pretty well documented the technology exists to do this and we’ve admitted to using very similar if not the technology since at the least the first gulf war which was a law time ago, eons in this age of blooming technological advances. Just saying I’m pretty damm sure I’m being gangstalked and yeah jts about driving my crazy like CPTSD anxiety and such crazy but not narcissistic or schizophrenic. Facts lots of negative and very odd coincidences. Fact crazy narc ex and ex narc friend and a boss and at least a couple others could have individually or collectively decided to begin with all of the gangstalking symptoms others complain about in their videos and I doubt that even if we all suffered from major delusions that it is possible for all of us to have such highly detailed and not just similar but the “Same” exact delusions. Like thousands of people are just suddenly having delusions not just of being followed but followed by multiple people and seeing same cars and an above average amount of one headlighters who like to follow and happen to be out at the same times places or I doubt all these people. Suddenly have delusions of helicopters like way too many making passes directly over them. Truth is nobody delusional or not could come with this craziness jf they wanted to so it’s impossible to believe all of these victims are lying or wanting attention or share come collective delusions. That’s borderline or possibly gaslighting. It’s not just a coincidence that many of these victims also claim to have or had close relationships of some sort even friend or boss/employee/coworker or family members that are at least highly highly narcissistic or full blown NPD/psychopaths in their lives. Read the testimonies of victims or interview some and ask them if they’ve been abused by a narcissist or similar and you will find a strong correlation so this one thing alone smashes the whole group psychosis crap some are trying to dismiss this as.
You’ve already made a mistake by using a ‘legal’ definition. You can be sure it was defined by the same entities that don’t want people to fully understand the deeper side of what stalking really is. It’s more spiritual than most can comprehend.

Not everyone who says they experience this are "psychotic" or delusional. Some people truly have facts that need to be taken seriously until something is found out otherwise. Clients/patients/individuals should be believed until the evidence, or lack thereof, says otherwise.

I believe my landlord has my neighbors stalking me. They follow me from room to room but only in their apartment above me. Very strange. So I sleep in the living room instead of the bedroom because the go to bed when I go to bed. Go to the restroom when I go. The kitchen. Its mind blowing.

I can certainly believe this. In fact, I have seen this in my work over the past few years. Some landlords go so far as to install cameras in the main entrances of apartment complexes or in the parking lot. Whether it truly is stalking or not is difficult to prove, but it certainly feels like an invasion of privacy and a convenient way to "stalk."

Yes there are cameras and his goons park their bikes by my bedroom window now - when there are parking spots for bikes outside. It is very clear. I am a college student of color and mind my business. They clearly want to know more about me, but I am so turned off from ever wanting to know them. So I tell everyone I meet and know out side of this place and they see the strangeness as well. Thank God for that and you too. I thought it was just me until someone told me a black lady in Pittsburgh where I used to live was going through the same thing. My aunt even told me a couple years back she was going through the same thing. But have since she moved. It is more prevalent in places where there are mostly white folks. I think many of them have an issue trusting. Many of them are on the dark web stealing identities and ordering from Amazon off of stolen credits card numbers. Also, some of them are Meth addicts and heroine addicts. I know because a young white girl who was a recovering heroine addict told me about the meth addict that lived above me at the time.
We all know who had meth addicts on their team. Hitler! They never sleep and watch people who they think are vulnerable.
I got my own cameras lol. A couple of good hood guys on call too. Plus others. I'm not going to be alone in this fight. I hope others find a way around the chaos. Take picture the area the person or individuals even if you feeling is a maybe. I did. They hate it 😆. And find something to get your mind off of it. Leave the home even if it's for 1hr - a day or so. Just to clear your mind from the stupidity.
Wow I think my neighbor above me does the same thing & I also started sleeping inside my living room. I wouldn’t put it passed if my landlord is & on it as well because I use to get a strange feeling that she was coming inside my apartment whenever I went to work

@@Tmonroe32_ MY EXACT SENTIMENT... I never had cameras before Pittsburgh at any of the apartments I lived at and I lived in the same area I'm in now before I moved. That was 2018 though. I think this is a new trend many white landlords are doing and I don't think it's for our safety. I believe it's something more sadistic or evil. People still come up missing with these cameras some how. That's why I said take pictures when your feeling stalked. Not directly but indirectly like.
Yes get your own cameras because someone in the building working for the landlord is looking at the cameras and it is not the landlord. Trust me! The landlord does not care. Only if he is a perv- will he take time to watch. They got money and are not spending time watching videos.
Another thing is, the appliance has hidden devices inside them too. If you have a new refrigerator, stove, or even microwave. It records you in some fashion. Be careful what you say and do. We are being watched even on here... The women are most vulnerable. Because do not have a man or husband in the house for protection if anything happens.

My case was individual stalking and it drained me to think someone was constantly thinking of me in that way. Fast forward some 9+ years later, it's like it never happened. So healing is possible.

Mrs. Tam came with that 🔥. I've been going through this here in Horry County SC. I got confirmation that the police are involved had the desk clerk print documentation of dispatch for a officer named Dale Hunt. I found out that he is not the only one involved. I go up to their station outside of Loris to confront him asking "why were you at my house"? Non of us knew he was out there. He said "because I can it's my job to check on things". I told him that "there were no complaints made and we mind our business, why are u posting outside our house without letting us know you are there"? He said "don't come up here starting trouble and said I needed to leave". I called him a pillow bitting sloppy bottom and told him I don't get down like that ....Quit stalking me, and I left. after that I've experienced severe gaslighting tactics from neighbors and even therapists.

They have poisoned my take out, coffee, broke into my home switched out my meds for ruhypnol. Then while I was out. (Not completely out as I have anesthesia awakness put a stent in my neck (called a widow maker). Took out life insurance policies on me. I am a victim of cyberstalking / gang stalking and your videos are helpful. There diffenently is a ring leader with other individuals with them using abnormal behavior associated with " Meth cult" . Which diffently has been reported because perputrators use " Compare myself to the ulvalde shooter" " Shoot the place up" " Compare myself to Charles Manson" and uses public crime victims. These people study people. The females use sexual vulgarity,and it centers around underage and elderly crimes. As well as trying to ruin livelyhood and workplace mobbing. People in these groups usually feed off each other and pschosis.
Psychological stauking methods are partly used by Intimidation, providing, and using electronic device above the you to sleep deprivation. I am the target of a narcissist. We used to work for the same company which I believe has something to do with the why. I also use to go to a dog park where certain people who were not with the regulars were being ran out. I’ve been told that part of what’s happening to me is called guilty by association. I get it and I understand. I’ve never been served with anything that labels me as a criminal, nothing has ever been presented to me and when I talked to someone who used to work for social services she said it’s because they don’t have anything on me so what’s happening is to purposely harass and torture me for absolutely no real reason except that the person or persons don’t like me and that’s it. Very childish and high school behavior.
This is what happened to me within the realms of religion and now I suspect to manipulate me into being "in love". The collective love bombing done by the same people who collectively induced fear, shame, and basically trafficked me by stealing my privacy via camera/audio...made me sick. I'm not ok right now

I’m from the UK going through the exact same thing. I wasn’t even sure if this type of thing happened in Europe because when I try to talk about it no one seems to understand not even the police!
I had the hardest time with just the idea that there were a number of people doing this to me. I was being assaulted by these people and they broke into the house more than once but the police were not interested in doing anything or coming out almost at all. It all stopped when I left the area thank God but I look back and see how I was in danger and how after a while you accept it as normal when nobody believes you.
The reason why I say no alcohol or drugs ever is because you will question your own sanity at times and you don't need any excuses to write off what is happening. You need stellar thought process, judgement and clarity around the clock. There's no room for self doubt. Ever.

Thank you for breaking this down. I've been stalked for the past 5-6 years now. Knowing that there are qualified professionals out there who can identify this behavior helps deal with it. Friends and family have a hard time understanding it when they are not nearby to witness it and don't really believe its happening. Plus I don't really want to burden them with the worry. My question is how do I make it stop? I am recording the incidents as best as I can but this web is too big. I know 100% that certain members of law enforcement are involved and the sheriff's dept is following me on and off for years now. My guess is that the "neighborhood watch" might be part of it. What kind of lies are they telling to make people hate me to this level?

I cannot seem to pinpoint who or what is doing this, government has been involved, family has been involved, private sector has been involved... thankfully I enjoy my personal space, because I'm about to give up on humanity. I have enough proof and evidence, but no one will engage in holding them accountable.
I understand that frustration for sure. Sometimes it does just feel like there is not trust and the little trust you want to extend, often ends up hurting you or offending you, etc.
Its heartbreaking to have people you feel you can trust reject you, especially when something so severe is happening to you. I have grown though, accepted most of it. For some background, I am a federal whistleblower, I have been stalked in the past, but after blowing the whistle while performing my duties as an inspector for our nations nuclear weapons... things got weird. There are government funded programs that coordinate stalking and deploy military grade weapons against civilians, and they invite already organized groups to have 'open season' on a target. I had religious groups, groups bearing the 'All Seeing Eye' (they post this symbol all over my social media, graffiti it outside of my apartments, had tattoos of it they'd flash at me), some of my stalkers were trained, some were amateur, the online stalking was eye opening, some of these groups can hack anything and everything that's digital and connected to either the internet or cell towers and satellites. They stole my mail, harassed me during my side job as an Uber driver, slandered my reputation to employers and potential employers, harassed my dates and friends. The reason its hard for people to get help with this, it that even when the government is not directly involved, the local groups and people who do these things are typically connected in some way, church, their jobs, their clubs, friends and family, etc. and everyone is afraid of what will happen after exposure. There are informant protections, "national security" protections, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc. that keep these illegal and criminal actions hidden. If you have been talking with people about this stuff as a professional, I'm sure you have met some people that may actually be having a mental health crisis, but I cannot stress enough, and will continue to spread truth to those willing to listen, many people are factually being targeted and stalked by these groups. @@TherapistTamaraHill

Im a victim of gang stalking and it has deteriated my family, since no one believes me that there is actually a group of people following me everywhere I go. I moved three times and they keep on following. I really dojnt know what to do anymore.
The gangstalking I deal with is much more complicated. Long story short, since July 13, 2010, I've been gangstalked by the DOD/Homeland Security. I'm also a scapegoat of a family cult. I have avoidant personality disorder, too. I don't like the term "personality disorder" because it suggests a person can't change, and I'm changing for the better all the time. My family has always stabbed me in the back, besides my dad. It's hard sometimes telling the difference between DOD psyops and family stuff. They often try to get me to think certain things are going on that are not going on. I just get bullied from every direction. I just try to stay calm. Accept the things I can't change and change the things I can. Always stay silent, wait to see if certain situations are psyoped or not. Most of the time, people aren't connected with the DOD program. Their just morally bankrupt people.
A friend of mine informed me I was being stalked a little over a year ago. Then a few days ago he sent me a video by Vice that speaks on gang stalking and said this is what I’m going through.

Ive had some weird experiences, people leaving stuff in front of my yard, neighbors that act weird as hell.. yeah my neighborhood and possibly city, is on some shit. than you for discussing this. i AM being stalked and harassed and have been for over 8 years now, by a family member/s. i have no idea why, other than that i have a very delusional and psychotic family member, with a LONG history of chronic projection (which runs in the family, eg narcissism - and at least 3 generations back). worse, that family member manipulated other family members into not only having me committed TWICE, but also labelling me "delusiona and historically psychotic" - a total projection. so now i've been discredited via the medical/psychiatric system, which, as far as the psych system, i have always been strongly opposed to their psychopharmaceutical pushing and in the process of defaming me, they tried to force me to take antipsychotics THEY need (the family member). more curiously though, they also tried to have me declared mentally incompetent so id be forced to take antipsychotics and give my malingering, con artist, projecting, delusional, psychotic family member control of my finances as well. it didn't work, both certficates were cancelled but my life is ruined. been utterly isolated for 6 years with the exception of a proxy of the sick family member, via another family member they use as a proxy to bully me. i'm dealing with coercive control, even hacking of my phone and computer.
that family member has committed many crimes against me, including entering my home w/out permission when i wasn't here, stealing things, doing disgusting things w/my personal hygene items and also guessed my webmail password to get into my email and delete emails between them and myself...but that also didn't work, as i still have copies of some of those emails. they've also been tracking my vehicle and damaging my prooperty - for example, no less than 4 flattened tires, one of which was destroyed with a 3" flat-headed bolt. anoher time it was 2 screws less than an inch apart, so the tire couldn't be repaired, it had to be replaced. my first eye-opening moent w/that family member, was when my dad had us all do wills. i'd decided to give a specific sum or percentage to charity and that family member became indignant and enraged that i'd even consider giving anything to anyone other than them. and that was my OWN savings, nothing to do w/family money. they felt entitled to 100% of MY money. safe to say i am suffering an extremely sic, malignant narc and it seems pretty obvious he'd prefer i was dead, because all he cares about is getting money for nothing.
I'm sorry to hear this. This is very frustrating and could be the result of chronic stress in your life, unless you find some way to set a new boundary. It's difficult to have family members like this. As I stated in another comment on this topic, family members are the worst because they feel obligated to your space and your life. I hope you have gotten some peace.
I'd say move to another state. New car & new phone. Cut off all family & friends from the past a start a new life.

Truth be told, I am one the ones who are being gang stalked by a erotomanic, voyeuristic, torturing, privacy invading terrorist using electromagnetic harassment (neuro weapons of direct energy) 24/7 in the privacy of my own home and they follow me across states which leads me to believe it is globally as well
It is global i've been to the US and Jamaica and they've stalked me in both countries.

Correct. Stalked from the UK, followed me to the Netherlands, then Belgium and then Ghana and back to the UK. I believe that next to the original stalker now also governments in all this countries are involved. It's very easy to spot them.
I have a stalker by proxy. He’s not that drastic but he definitely has his family watching me. But how is it that he is able to get them to do this and why are they so willing? It’s so stupid

One bad intentioned person can use others (unbeknownst to the others) to elicit an unsafe reaction from the targeted person. The only person who really knows what’s happening is the one with the bad intentions who started the problem.
This, in a small community can get out of hand fast.
Thank you, i have been dealing with it also, it has gotten to nightmare portion, including cyber stalking and yes it gotten to the point no one will believe me. It all began at my last place of work. Started of as identity theft, someone pretending to be me and i cant seem to find help. And i do not know where to find it in person so they know its me in person.
Please do a video about actual stalking when a person is literally following you everywhere even to your home.

Thank you for that, my own family has been playing this game my entire life and recruiting what I thought were friends of mine(attracted to what I know), sending solicitors knowing it will get on my nerves. I'm 63 and come from a family of 8. 4 of them narcissist and the rest of us confused, manipulated and betrayed and it ruined my life. I'm trying to apply for CPTSD disability in Pa. I basically had to quit my job because my brother lost his wife(supply) killed her by abuse if you ask me. So he was on a mission to take over my house crushing all my boundaries and exploiting(family) where I should hand over my house and sanity for entitlement.
My physically, financially and emotionally unavailable narcissistic father called my then high school principal to not make me prefect. That was WILD. And he hasn’t stopped since.
The first time I was stalked was after leaving a narcissistic situation. It started with him just following me at the park where I ran, to driving by where I lived and work to show off his car and clothes. I texted him with “what do you want?” He didn’t respond. I was confused. It kept getting worse until I had to leave the state. But because he was the person I lost my virginity to and I grew up in a strict religious family I just ran away instead of exposing him. I wished I had gone to the police because it affected me. It has been happening again. I have been trying to figure out who is behind this. The father of my child says it’s not him. I really thought it was him and I feel bad for misjudging him because he knows of my past and we had a fallout. I’m thinking he is telling the truth. It could be disgruntled people who are interested in me or people who know about me and who don’t like me. I am visibly in the Army and that could be it? I am also a person of color in a primarily white neighborhood. Im not sure. I know that Covid left us socially impeded and infantile. I’m happily single. I don’t want to date anyone until I progress in my career. I made that promise to myself. I’m praying God doesn’t bring my person until I realize my career endeavors. I’m really praying. It can be hard as a woman to have this goal and to want to just be on your own side of the road when other people feel otherwise. I have had experiences with men in the past who became obsessed with me and it escalated. It was unfortunate because I couldn’t reciprocate those feelings at that time. It always makes me feel bad. My gut was right about them when they became resentful. The father of my child knew of one guy who he worked with, who quickly became obsessed and even started resenting the father of my child and my male best friend at that time. I thought having a child would keep guys away. I’m not even in shape like I was prior to having my daughter. I grew up in California and in a predominantly Mexican community. For the most part the guys left me alone if they knew I wasn’t going to date them especially because they knew I grew up in a strict religious family. I remember they would say well at least I tried and shrug their shoulders. But they still treated me with respect and kindness. They didn’t get angry at me or lash out when I didn’t want to date. I’m not big on dating I don’t have that much experience with it. I started very late at the dating game, I was 26 and even now I don’t have much experience. I am honestly not a dating type of person. I grew up watching action or dramatic hero movies instead of romantic movies. I watched the romantic movies with my mom and my sisters. But I didn’t really watch romantic movies. I just want to be independent and have peace. Now having a child is what I live for. I think a few guys mean well and they can see my situation and try to rescue me which I really appreciate. But when it’s forced and met with resentment it’s when it feels creepy and unwanted. Relationships shouldn’t be forced. I trained my mind to not see men as a dating option but as my fellow brother. At this time that is how I see all men. I can’t unsee it until I fulfill my career goals and then I will be open to dating. But it’s not my goal. I just want to be at peace with my life and others. But I also don’t owe others anything but respect.
