My question - is 1 year enough to get a PR? Like 1st getting a job, 2nd getting a pnp, 3rd applying for PR can this be done within 1 year?
Or should I take 2nd course and go for 3 years pgwp?

No, SINP has various streams, in which only hard to fill is closed temporarily. There are other streams which I explained are open.
