there is a soup called greg that gives several buffs. it is made from one cannibal head 2 arms and 2 legs. you can also put it in the flask for extra of them. you can put the body parts on the totems if they go rotten to make them fresh again.
That's the one! I used it alot early game but somehow forgot it even existed.. That's a great tip though thanks!
without spoiling the ending they very much left the door for another game.
