1 the heat can destroy the coating on the lenses
2 just go in and get them cleaned and adjusted
3 table test is done with the glasses upside down and if one ear is slightly higher like most people it should not be straight or it’s crocked on.

5 clean with dawn or glasses spray
6 most places will refill for free if you bought the glasses there rubbing alcohol can be too strong can damage the frame
7 don’t sleep with glasses on it can misalign the frame
8 this can damage the frame best left to a free adjustment at the store

10 can void the warranty best to go on sometime get a new free frame
11 ok to do then come in for a repair

Nah...I'm not an eye doctor and cringed at most of these hacks. Any protective coating you may have on the glasses will be stripped right off. People are goona do it and not realize it. lol
None of these are useful. While some hacks may work but in long term it'll damage your glasses
I'm not goung to lie that the first "life hack" pisses me off so much?? Like guys, don't rub soap into your goddamn glasses! They are going to be reflecting light in a weird way, and you will just have feeling that they are really dirty!

I hope you realize the toothpaste one is literally just abraiding away your glasses and changing the prescription, and that the soap one is likely to do that too if it’s not a brand new bar of soap.
An FYI for any microscope enthusiasts out there... a gentle bar of soap rubbed on the glass in the eyepieces will help keep them from fogging up with warm breath. 🔬👍

Lots of interesting ideas. The phone holder made by upside down glasses is effective but useless. If you takeoff your glasses to use to make a phone holder you’re not gonna be seeing the phone very clearly and you don’t really need a phone holder.

CAUTION ⚠️
Do NOT put toothpaste on your glasses! You will scratch the lenses! I recommend just going to the eye doctor for any problems you have have with your glasses ex: them sliding down, scratched lenses, crooked frames, ect. Also just clean your classes, PROPERLY with a microfiber cloths, and/or a spray made for glasses lenses. Research or talk to an eye doctor before putting anything other than the things I mentioned above to clean your glasses. Thank you :)
Some of these cleaning ideas can ruin your lenses in a second! Please talk with the place where you buy your glasses! Toothpast can scratch your lenses and make everything look foggy.
