I somehow spent morning into afternoon watching all of these recaps, and I can imagine that there is an incredible underappreciation for not just how comprehensive these recaps are, but how well structured and funny they are, not just because of the original material , but because of your own script writing, and the work put in in spite of some of these episodes being lost media (I've heard) is wonderful I'd love to see more Who related content from you once the recaps are finished I'm honestly tempted to put my current series Who binge on pause just in anticipation for these classic recaps (though perhaps by the time they're done we'll have reached Utopia) Keep up the good work
Thank you for your kind words and I'm glad you're enjoying the series. I'm very nearly finished with my season 8 video - it should be available in the next week or two, depending on how long it takes the BBC to approve it after I upload. You might be right about getting to Utopia before I'm finished, though! It's a very slow process putting these together and I don't have a lot of free time at the moment to do it, but I enjoy it so I will continue doing these videos, even if it takes me a couple of years to get through them all!
YES! So excited you're carrying on! Third doctor era was my favourite as a kid growing up (UK Gold weekend morning repeats) and hearing you cover it is going to be exciting! I also think this guide is handy for kids who get into nuWho, as you highlight the funny and scary moments, making them more likely to go back and give the stories a watch! Bravo on your work sir!
So, I have been going through as many Doctor Who episodes as I can find from the very beginning, and when episodes are unavailable, I come here to to fill in the gaps, and then also to get a nice recap and a few chuckles along the way. Thank you so much!
A big smile and an audible "oooooh" was heard from me when I spotted that you had posted this............... I love these videos...... AND season 7 is my favourite season of all time. Looking forward to watching this later..... Keep up the great work Doctor OHO
I can see why season 7 is your favourite, there's some really enjoyable stuff in there. Solid season all round really, although 7 episodes per story is a bit too long, especially for a modern audience.
Another great summary. These summaries of yours should honestly get more attention, they’re basically essential viewing for any Doctor Who fan who wants to know what actually happened in the classic series but can’t really get into it.
I appear to be the only person not sharing the view that this summary is absolutely magnificent. Of course the effort is very much appreciated, and you cannot go wrong with the Jon Pertwee era, however the script here is just dripping with far too much sarcasm for me. Normally I love sarcasm and do not consider it the lowest form of wit, but as you do not clarify anything you say to indicate some kind of approval of each series in this season, your comments describing the stories in 1970 come across to me as a constant stream of put-downs, even if the intention was simply to amuse, which I expect is the case.

"Stahlman's Gas" - that sequence made me laugh out loud
My day just got significantly better. Thanks!

"On earth, around the seventies, or eighties...", a pretty deep cut, there.
Man, Jon was an excellent Doctor, this was an excellent season.
Now that I know what's going on, it's certainly easier to follow!
I watched Ambassadors of Death twice for this video and I'm still not entirely sure I know what's going on in it!
@@doctorohosadventures3476 Very true!

I love your recaps ❤ the best way to know about the old series for sure.
I knew I wasn’t the only one who thought the Nesteen conscience looked like an asshole
Woah that’s lucky, I had just finished your series 6 video, I didn’t think these videos were still being made!
14:35 is that Cheyenne Mt? There may be a Stargate in there....
Great spot! Maybe Cheyenne Mountain was a secret space mission control centre before it became the SGC...
Doctor Jon Smith (Pertwee), he's great.
Don’t wanna overdo it but these series are fucking brilliant
The shower scene is comedic relief
8:43 The moon is an egg. It is known
A thousand million 😂😂
