I know this story before, his parents spoiled him too much so he gained so much weight that he had to get a diet and surgeries which were really painful for kids. Then finally, now he can now go to school to study and play with his friends. Never give up on your dream to get whatever you want because one day, you will get it :)

Nicado avocado isn't even 400Ibs yet and is a grown man. The fact that this kid was much younger and lost weight especially at his age and the state that he was in should be enough motivation for anyone to excersise and get to where they need and want to be. I hope nickado watches this.

I think this is worth mentioning, at 2:42 the guy behind Arya Permana is named Ade Rai. He's a very well respected bodybuilder in Indonesia, appearing in numerous competition including Musclemania amongst his work. He's accredited as the person who help Arya loss weight and regain confidence in himself. When asked about his contribution, he said that it is not him who help him lose weight, rather the support of the people and most importantly, Arya himself. I think he deserves to be credited as well for Arya's weight loss journey!
That got me thinking: in the process of changing, you'll most definitely need someone else's help. But eventually, change has to start with YOU first.
I am glad he live in the right environment, ya know Indonesian kids can be so rude sometimes...

This kid is now one of my inspiration. I was 90 kg back then but with diet and exercise I was able to lower it to 84 kg in one month. I still got a long way to go since my next goal is to reach 80 kg and then 70 until I finally become fit and after I become fit I will then start to build my muscles and get abs.
Same bro, I weighed 105 kg after three months of gym I am now 92 kg I still have to loose 18 kg more to become normal
