Hi can i ask you smth, i'm around master elo but when i'm going jungle i'm usually confused about what to do in lvl 1. Like how to use your ward, where to wait to be in alert for early game skirmishes... Even how to decide if u start red or blue. I actually have some knowledge about these and i don't have problem most of the time but i'd like to hear from you! Have a nice day ❤
Hey man, there's quite a lot to consider for that. - Against belveth/lillia/kayn it's generally good to ward raptors if you start on other side. - Against graves/kha/... they like to invade blue+gromp so you can ward those. - If their top is strong level one (darius/olaf/...) and you start top buff, you can ward a bush where he might come from to late invade or just start at wolves/raptors where it's harder for him to kill you. - Same about bot, if nobody covered you can drop a ward and start opposite side. - If you know you'll have prios and can invade ennemy jung (e.g. brand) try to invade lvl 1 to ward and get info on pathing, also if you see ennemies make sure to check whether they have red trinket before warding. - Important thing to note is that you're way less likely to get invaded + killed by laners when you start raptors/wolves, in the worst case you can just leave and go to opposite side without dying most of the times. So if you're unsure about invades do always start there.
@@Dayuki_LoL oh so that's why ppl ward raptors but should i still ward raptors if i'm red side and starting red buff? maybe it's to prevent jgl invade idk. i see i'm usually unsure about if they'll invade and playing morgana zyra kind of champs in jgl makes them want to invade u. so sometimes i can start raptor/wolves For example one time i was doing my 3rd camp blue-gromp-wolves then enemy elise invaded me on wolves. how could i prevent that with a ward? do i need to track enemy jgler every game if they start red or blue? also lvl 1 when do u start bot side and when top side?

@@emranao If you're red side and starting red buff warding raptors is also good because they could sneak your raptors faster than you'd do red and then kill you before you finish your red buff. You can't ward everything anyway, but the biggest tip on qiyana is to start camps with grass Q when you're unsure about invades, if the camp moves while you're in stealth it means someone is nearby. Basically you start top if you want to impact bot and start bot if you want to impact top because you want to full clear and do a play nearby when your camps are done, it depends on whether the lanes have good gank setups, top with double ignite is usually good to path to as well.
