Hi! Click your player then go to edit > options > general. At the very bottom you will see Control Size bar and you can adjust depending on how big you want your controls to be. :)
Pk arena don't give much... But good for earning a little amount of gralats you could not just use bar here but also some more op gun such as kurosubo,keycard weapons and some of other expensive plasma weapons and gang shop weapons or event... Unless jobs are still best way to earn gralats
