I've vacationed at Hilton Head many times and can attest that every body of water, every lagoon there has alligators. They are everywhere. I'm surprised that there aren't more attacks from them
Back in the day Hilton Head Island was full of mobile homes. These days it is exclusively for the rich. But, alligators could care less if you are rich or not. They just be hungry.
You are right, there are many rich living in Hilton head. But that’s not the alligators fault.
And yes they are hungry, but their food supply has been removed because of those big homes. It’s not fair. More consideration has to be given to wildlife when developments are created.
Too bad this company made a spectacle out of their last gator capture in Hilton Head. Thankfully we have footage of the animal abuse they committed and hopefully they will be held accountable for it.

Expect gators to be hungry all the time, any time. YOU CAN HAVE HILTON HEAD AS YOUR PLACE OF DWELLING AND THE REST OF THE SOUTHERN RESORTS.!
