Welcome back Inspire gang!! Let’s jump right into this $5.00 meal for 6 people!!! YESSSS!!
This is the a keeper yall and did I tell you that it tasted so good!!
📌Ingredients
2 to 3 cups of shredded chicken 🐓
2 eggs 🥚
1 can of cream corn 🌽
1 box of Jiffy cornbread 🍞
2 cups of cheese 🧀 (any)
1 can of Red Enchilada sauce
1/2 cup of milk 🥛
1 tsp of Black pepper
1tsp of Onion powder 🧅
1 tsp of Garlic powder 🧄
1 salt 🧂
2 tsp of Slap yo momma seasoning
📌Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix in a large bowl Milk, eggs & 1 cup of cheese, Jiffy mix & Cream corn and seasoning mix well until everything is incorporated.
Spray or grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the corn mixture in the dish and bake in oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
While the cornbread mixture is in the oven take your shredded chicken in a bowl and pour the Red Enchilada sauce on top of the chicken and mix well. Once the cornbread is out of the oven pour the chicken mixture on top and spread evenly has possible then add the remaining cheese on top and put back in the oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven let it rest for 5-10 minutes then eat and enjoy!!
