I love that people have protected it enough throughout the decades that we can even see it on UA-cam. Let alone possibly in person. Is it weird that I'm thinking about that? I'm just saying what if someone back in that time didn't see it as special?
Wow. Notice it's brown, American cloth, unadorned. He didn't think the President of the United States should look like royalty, but like a citizen temporarily exercising some of the people's power on their behalf, and subject to their laws. He was a a great and wise man.
Thank you George Washington for all you sacrificed. For never letting failure get the last laugh. For keeping unwavering faith in God almighty, to deliver us a beautiful nation that will stand the test of time until the Lord himself comes back for it.
And thanks to him for leading the first nation to separate church and state by protecting religious pluralism, preventing the establishment of religion, and ensuring no religious test for public office.
