It is nice to see the blood bowl again. I use to hike glen echo ravine when I lived in Col. Now I live in Xenia Be Careful. I almost drowned when I was in the tunnel at the first bend. I heard a rock rolling down the concrete ramp and went to investigate and saw a rush of water coming toward me. My friend and I ran towards the opening of the tunnel with me jumping up on the left of the tunnel on to the eye beam and my friend jumping up onto the right eye beam. The water rushed passed us a second later. It was close. This was on a sunny day. Keep exploring.
We used to actually try and skate the Blood Box in the 80's. Psych each other out about the legend of Huey; dude who tried to drop in and died. Later in the 90's there was a whole community of homeless living back there.
These tunnels all connect together and run all over the area. There are tunnels running from under North High school to the river. My grandfather grew up in the area and said the where all constructed during the ear as bomb shelter access
Cool as hell u all r exploring abandoned places in Columbus ohio man. I'm born and raised here and never even heard of this spot but will be visiting now. Hot my subscribe. Bub
I did a couple of photo shoots here. A lot more Graffiti at the entrance and the "teeth" were just added. FYI, an easier way to get down than the route you took on this video
Katy Magee I’ve been in there. There isn’t much other than a dead end with a ladder to another tunnel but it would be very difficult to get into the other tunnel cuz the ladder is distanced from it and there’s a slope going down next to it making it dangerous.

we still skate here today, it’s pretty fun
You could probably just park on Arcadia near High St, and go behind Portal Park to get to Glen Echo Creek, that should get you there as well.
This was may favorite place out of the 3 we went to from your videos.. that tunnel and creek is crazy at night...
I used to skate there back in the day my uncle used to skate for vision skateboards showed me this spot.

My father worked in the warehouse and told me of the tunnels.
