It's not really explained anywhere since I just go with the flow instead of actually saying anything about the story.
Simplified, Lucifer wanted her to guard a specific person, she failed and now she's supposed to be punished. Robink suggests her to stay to recover for a bit.

Why are you skipping through entire CHUNKS of the pilot? It just ruins the reaction experience. If your going to make a reaction make them react to the whole video tlinstead of skipping entire important parts of the video
