That will happen when you practice too much after just coming back from offseason. Even DeMar mentioned how intense it was, a man with 15 years of experience
Too intense practice = low FG and FT % and inconsistent performance just like last year. Coaching staff needs to keep that in mind or no playoffs again
I'm annoyed that we gave up Davion for nothing. There is clearly a different calculus and Value the Kings have to roster assets than fans and most NBA teams. Seeing how many 2nd round picks we've sold or flat out given away says alot. We also don't seem to value guys who are 6'7 to 6'9 that play on the perimeter given how many skilled or talented upside players we pass on or don't pursue.
You’re not qualified to determine if they’re truly exhausted or not. Due to you have never partake in their training camp practices. Just keeping it real lol
People acting like players aren’t taking it seriously are off base. Mike said they ramped up the physicality majorly in training this year, and the players seem to be putting in more work on the defensive end in practice than ever before along with the usual work. I’m sure it’s a big adjustment generally, let alone just after the offseason. It’s going to pay off big time as the players condition, but I can understand why they don’t have legs right now and are a bit gassed. This is the time to do it and it will likely be worth it as things get grittier during the season.
10 practices in 8 days not including walkthroughs and tape. Basketball shape isn’t that. Thats a lot. They are WORKING these guys. DeMar said it been one of the tougher training camps he’s had. Know the information before commenting on social media. Thanks.
This is just speculation, but I think Monte is involved in negotiations to acquire 2 players and this is to free up some cap space and I believe they received cash (don't know how much?). and more importantly 2 roster spots to close a bigger deal. Alot of times these deals do not make sense until you see the second move that ties it all together!
You mean his 2 points in 25 minutes last game? Bro please. Or the 3 points in 27 minutes the game before that? Or his 4 points in 20 minutes the game before that??? I swear y'all just be saying anything
The trade is fine as it allowed us to get Demar. McDaniels didn't do much in the games he played. He lost the ball various times and couldn't finish easy layups. The trade is fine.
That’s just an excuse by Malik and it says they haven’t learned the lessons from last year you were out worked and didn’t give a full effort own it don’t use fatigue as an excuse
The Kings are light on forwards, and I do not think they would get rid of another forward without planning to move quickly to fill in the roster. I hope they are doing that! If not .... oops!
I think that is a very "American" view of the pre-season. I don't know what it's like for soccer over there, but here in Europe, in football or even in basketball, it's completely legitimate for a team to be a bit worn out towards the end of training camp. Mentally, but also physically. I'm not too worried about it, to be honest.
This group has always been slow starters. MB training camp’s are intense. Coach is right, they should have come in shape if they’re serious about contending. McDaniels was never going to be anything other than a third stringer on this team, they had seen enough.
Crowder and Dwight blammo! Monk Huerter Crowder Lyles Dwight Len. Not bad eh. Don't tell me Dwight can't give us 15 quality minutes board protect the tin and a few power flushes.

Guys are still trying to get into shape

@@TheHappyCoderthey got me worried once again life of a kings fan lmao
Demar is just covering team players. Obviously individuals did not do the off-season work.

Excuses like this already are not a good sign I'm confident things will get better once regular season starts 🤞

@@JustinQuarles point taken just my opinion
Wired up for the season watching from Omaha!
Can’t wait to see Kevin back in
Kevin benefits from post surgery in weights, increasing the strength of his repaired shoulder

Tired? lol this is basically a continuation of the same mentality from last year against bad teams.

I forget that sports talk revolves around any minute detail.
Kings basketball is back, baby!!!
Lmao true
McNair's asset record⁉️ Lose of HB felt⁉️ Kevin not yet traded will get favor despite digression, D liability
If multiple players are saying the same thing I wouldn't just brush it off. Are the players even having fun playing basketball anymore?

Not worried about the kings rn
It'll be 2 months minimum until Hurt-er can contribute. How much is the question
Look McDaniels up, off the court-wise. Glad he ain’t part of the squad anymore. Stoked on reg season! 😤😤💜
What should I be looking up exactly? lol
I searched "Jalen Mcdaniels admission" and found something. I bet this is what he is talking about. @@NBAHighlightsBooth
You will never hear an all star or hall of famer say they are tired …Malik gotta stop that
La meilleure attaque qui sait manger le mur du Titan Clingan 😂.
What if the kings use this roster spot to get Brandon Ingram?
The Kings never utilized Davion. Bad coaching was the issue. Look at what he's doing now. Thats what we wanted and needed
You mean his 2 points in 25 minutes last game? Bro please. Or the 3 points in 27 minutes the game before that? Or his 4 points in 20 minutes the game before that??? I swear y'all just be saying anything
Kings being tired is great news. We all know this
We are headed for the play in again 😭

Kings and sundays never go well
People already crying
Matt and others speak of Jae Crowder like he'll add anything at all to the team.

Nobody perfect
My reaction to the trade is, did you need a wing or a pg? Lol
Just so happened McDaniels was cheeks
I am guessing Keven is doing line drills , free throw shooting etc
More work isnt always better. Eventually there comes a point of diminishing returns. 10 practices in 8 days is stupid
Tired? Oh brother. I think I'll use that excuse with my boss tomorrow.😂
Crowder and Dwight blammo!

The Kings are not really serious from all players & the managers! I won’t be surprised if they will be in the play in again this season!
I'll be surprised if the Kings even make the play-in this season. I'm expecting ~40ish wins if we get healthy.
Tired? Are they professionals or not? Tired? Are they really that pathetic? Tired? From what? What are they tired of? HOT GARBAGE!!!
Why didn't you Lock the front Door? I was Tired......comon Kings Letsssssss GOOOO!!! Need Agro Kings Please!
