We need to get over this, and learn to accept and respect Turkish power. Cooperating with our neighbor will prove advantageous for Greece economically and in every other way. Angering the Turks will only lead to another quick and merciless slaughter. How many times do we need to be taught a hard lesson? War sucks.
Suicidal? Dont forget that Greece's military is defensive, defenders have a much higher tactical advantage. They boast far superior Leo2a6 hel to the Altay and a massive tank/AFV force of about 5000+. Not to mention the s300 anti air system that would bring any Turkish jets out of the sky. The Greek navy is also massively impressive offering a total strength of 122 including 11 submarines. Dont forget, if Turkey declares war Russia and Serbia would almost certainly become involved and aid Greece. In a defensive position Greece would be able to hold its ground, EASILY. Cant say the same for offensive, however.
