- This is a song my good friend Bryan Fowler and I wrote with our brothers and sisters in Ukraine in mind. We pray for you often beloved. Your future is so bright in Christ! We know how the story ends.

Dear, thank you very much! I'm from Kazakhstan. You have no idea how important your every word, every song is for us now. After all, this war is going on not only in Ukraine, but also in all the former republics of the USSR. Not only the earth is on fire, the air is shaking, people are being physically exterminated, our minds are under enormous pressure under the onslaught of lies, our hearts are bursting with pain. The Scripture says that brother will rise against brother. It is somehow easy to fight, to realize that on the other side of the barricades there is an enemy, a foe, a stranger. And how difficult, scary, tragic it is when you see your dear, neighbor, yesterday's friend, a person who sits with you on the same church bench, and it is distorted by hatred. But then you begin to understand the whole incomprehensibility of God's plan: what a deep repentance a fratricide must experience and what a great power in the forgiveness of a traitor! Everyone should use their chance: some turn away from sin and darkness and turn to light and truth, while others take up fighting spiritual positions, praying, carrying the Word, showing the example of Christ in everything. I ask God to save life, I ask for cleansing and healing for all who have chosen His path for themselves.

Of course, I do not want to lose him, especially since he is not saved, but I told him: I will pray that not a single bullet, not a single projectile fired by you, would take anyone's life. I know God's ways are inscrutable and one has to be a killer to see the light, but you have no idea how I feel when I think about it.

agreed! Jesus loves those on both sides of wars. During WWII Jesus still loved the Nazi soldiers even though they fought for an evil regime. The same is true today, it's not the Russian soldiers' fault that they fight for an evil cause. God still loves them and we should pray for them.

I just heard this song yesterday. Praise God I found it on the church videos. I LOVE this song, and it's not just for the Ukraine. It's for God's people in the midst of a battle, like a FB friend who just got diagnosed with leukemia and has to spend a month in the hospital getting chemo, and she's young.

As I sit here singing along with a smile on my face, I remember my first flight to Alabama. I was determined not to be afraid or shaken. I knew God was with me and no harm would come to me. And was I ever right. He arranged a seat beside Shane Benard and I was able to talk about how great our God truly is. Mind you, I had no idea who you were . I've been following ever since and I must say this song is my new favorite. I sang it to my 93 year old best friend this morning. When I arrived at her house she was so distraught and felt defeated. Your song lifted her spirits AND I faced a fear of singing to someone. Bless you and may everything your hands touch prosper.
