I feel like people get confused journaling and Scrapbooking, this is more of a scrapbook thing, journaling is like entries and writing but you can decorate but that's more of bullet journaling
I was thinking the same thing, but it turns out these fall into the category of art journaling. Basically scrapbooking is usually for the purpose of preserving memories with important photos and other stuff, where art journaling is about taking the feelings/thoughts from your day and giving them a visual/artistic form instead of writing them down.

Most of people doing journaling are just for therapy Cuz its really relaxing and have normal jobs
I find that the regular dotted bullet journals bleed through too much so I use sketch notebooks instead and it's nice cuz it won't bleed through and you can use watercolor too.

Ohmigosh, I would have adored doing this as a teenager. We had Spirograph, cool with the multicolor pen, but not this cool. How do they keep all the treasures contained so it doesn’t mushroom 🍄 to hoarder levels? Beautiful washi tapes & stickers & everything! 🕊

None of these videos are even journaling they are all Scrapbooking videos, journaling includes way more writing and a lot less stickers and decorating

Technically speaking you can turn drawings into stickers however you can do a lot of things that are more art journaling which is making things out of memories. Ex, glue in tickets from a movie and(optional) write what it was like
However some good places to get journaling/scrapbooking supplies is
Amazon/etsy for big packages of things
Dollar store is your friend when it comes to stickers
Michaels is a good place but not if you have a budget that's low
Hobby lobby might have something but idk tbh I haven't checked

double sided tape glue adhesive roller are the keywords of the name of those things, i think. u can also add ‘for journaling’ if u’re searching for it online. hope this helped!
