Dude, it has been less than 12 months since you had a Heart Attack. You specifically transport vulnerable people. This is a major Public Safety concern. You have not been 'robbed', the Public has been kept safe. End of story.
Are there no means of appeal, to explain your health situation? Tell the committee, you tried to rectify the situation, in a reasonable manner, and will work to resolve it.
Unfortunately we will see more situations like this. Our countries don't care about us anymore...
I believe normal court can resolve this as believe no contract can deny your rights nor give you a means of appeal/redress
