    In today’s video, I’ll show you how to schedule emails in Gmail, ensuring you never miss sending an email at the perfect time. Whether you're organizing your work emails ahead of a busy week or just making sure you send a birthday wish right at midnight, Gmail's scheduling feature is incredibly handy. Follow along as I guide you through each step of scheduling an email in Gmail.
    Steps to Schedule Email Sending in Gmail:
    1. Log into Gmail and Compose Your Email:
    - Start by logging into your Gmail account.
    - Click on the ‘Compose’ button to open a new email window.
    - Write your email and add the recipients as you normally would.
    2. Schedule Your Email:
    - Find the small arrow next to the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of the compose window.
    - Click on this arrow and select ‘Schedule send’.
    - A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose the date and time for sending the email. You can use one of the suggested times or select ‘Pick date & time’ for more specific scheduling.
    3. Finalize the Scheduling:
    - After setting the desired date and time, click ‘Schedule send’ to confirm.
    4. Manage Scheduled Emails:
    - Once scheduled, your email will move to the ‘Scheduled’ folder, accessible from the left sidebar.
    - To edit or delete a scheduled email, go to the ‘Scheduled’ folder, open the email, and click 'Cancel send' at the top right. Make any necessary changes and reschedule as needed.
