I love how he says he not scientific and then absolutely breaks everything down into solid logic and science. Excellent teacher! Patient! Methodical! Thorough! He explains everything in clear detail! BIG THUMBS UP...!
Cool finds Bill!! Congrats (again) Tammy!! Bill could you possibly do some video of pin pointing with your machines? I really appreciate ALL of the EDUCATIONAL information in all of your videos! Keep up the dirt fishing!!!
Thanks Terry, there are 3 in this series. Also will be doing more in single freq. and different settings. Hoping for the 6 inch coil soon and it will make a huge difference for the small stuff.
Nice, she was killin it while you were playing. Interesting that 'hot spot' on the coil. Would love to see how my machine does on nuggets. Enjoyed the visit to the desert again. Have a look at the rock I found in a field in my last vid (5:17 mark) and tell my your thoughts...? Tc and Happy Hunting
Bill have you tried the 10x5 coiltek coil on the Equinox as yet? I just purchased it and am wondering. I'll be using it for gold prospecting here in Nevada. Great videos!! I watch them a lot as there is a wealth of information to be learned.
Good morning, if possible, I would like to know if the equinox 800 in the gold digging function can catch small gold nuggets in the same way as the gold monster ... if it is equal to or better than the gold monster in this function because it is multifrequency .... what if the gold monster works well in other functions besides fetching only gold ... i mean fetching artifacts ,, jewelry ,, lost coins inside the woods ,, lakes .... if you can give me an opinion. .. help me .... thanks ..... I still could not find any video of gm 1000 being used this way .... thanks.
The GM 1000 has a definable edge over the NOX 800 when gold nugget hunting both in handling the ground and hearing small bits. The Nox will hear them almost as small but has an enormous edge over the GM 1000 for coins/relics. Each is simply made differently and has a different purpose, but the NOX has a pretty good gold function when needed. I have both and I use what works best for me under the conditions I plan to work. Hope this helps some...
Been trying to buy a gold monster 1000 but can’t find any for sale. There are quite a few of the equinox 800 for sale though. My question is if I buy an 800 instead, would I want to get the smaller coil for it? Or would the coil that comes on it work for gold shooting? Thanks
NUGGET SHOOTER JOURNALS I ended up buying an 800 for 899 bucks and the dealer I bought it from threw in a 6” coil and shipped it for free! Not a bad deal I suppose.
Your videos are absolutely awesome man.👍 Just subbed.👍 have a question. What machine would you recommend in Galveston. I’m really interested in gold hunting, Which would be My preferred hunt. but heard there’s not much natural gold to be found. As I can only afford the one detector (at the moment) Would you recommend say an equinox800 for all round, say beach and shallow water hunting. Would I have far more success with beach/sea find’s Than with purely hunting for gold with a GM1000. Your advice would be Awesome.👍

The Gold Monster will be unavailable for a while by the looks of it and yes you would need the 6 inch coil with the 800 for gold nugget hunting.
